Interesting. I opened my email to find an "apology" from the owner. She told me that she was sorry…read moreI had that experience and it must be an isolated incident. Also, she explained that the way I described things never happened. Wait a minute - she just basically called me a liar then apologized because her memory of the event more than a year later is different than my review. Just FYI, I wrote the review within a few hours of the incident. Their memory over a year later vs. my description when it happened. You decide which is best! Oh, she also asked the agent that I spoke with and they denied the whole thing, so I must not have been correct. Really? What was the point in the fake apology? So I would retract what happened and give glowing reviews based on their fictitious account? Would I write a fake review just for giggles? I'm irritated that she took the time to "apologize" then deny and offer her version from a year later as the new way things happened. You can't change the past and you can't change the truth. I review a lot of things, decide for yourself if my reviews are honest. I have to give a star because yelp makes me. How they think they could act horribly to someone and NOT have it on social media is beyond me. We are a social media society. If I had to choose an agency to list with, I would find anyone else. If you see a home listed by these people, look elsewhere or call another agent to show it. My advice? Don't waste your time. I promise they don't want to waste their time on you either. It would be one thing if she took my online review and decided to make sure things like that wouldn't happen again. Instead, she got caught up in herself and offered excuses and went on and on about how many satisfied clients she's had. You want to know one unsatisfied and offended person? Go to my profile and look at the picture. Here's some of the letter: "The agent, of course, had a different story to tell, and denied ever hanging up on you, and said she told you she would show you the home, although she did ask you if you had been prequalified." (we were prequalified for over the asking price, but whatever. I distinctly remember her complaining about the drive from North Arlington to Mansfield and how people don't always buy. She didn't want to waste her valuable time!) "My company's reputation is of the utmost importance to me. Your complaint is the only one I have ever had about this particular agent and as a matter of fact, the only one I have ever had about any of the agents that have worked in my company for the past 29 years." (Isn't there another review from an unhappy person? Also, this woman was super unpleasant in real life!) I don't know what their issue is or if they think they could just get away with being assholes and it not being reported. Everyone yelps, everyone uses social media. Like I said, use another agent for one of their listings. Or, maybe, just maybe, they can stop being such assholes to people on the phone. I remember being so upset I felt sick. I even cried. No one deserves to be treated with zero respect. I was angry at being treated as I was and even worse, for her to defend it in a thinly disguised apology, pissed me off all over again. What a load of crap. They're assholes.

Very shady group. I'm doubtful that she ever submitted our offer on a property. Stay far away!read more

I am just going to list the unprofessional behaviors that will make their founding father roll in…read morehis grave. 1. Personal relationship with the listing agent caused her to become un-neutral to the transaction and was rude to me and chose not to have any communication with me and instead went directly with my client (the buyer). 2. Took an unprofessional stance by choosing to take a side with her friend the listing agent so much so that when I called her for the first time - I was met with an extremely rude, unprofessional, bashing, and condescending voice over the phone. Had NEVER met her in my life previous to this so it was very unexpected. 3.Not copying me on any of the email communications 4. She aided in the delay for my clients to close since she is friends with the listing agent, and was reaching out to my client to agree to allowing the sellers staying there with no lease back docs and for zero dollars per day. 5. She asked my client if I was going to be there at the closing and when my clients daughter responded no, she answered with a sly remark "I figured" 6. She made the buyer side wait to sign with the excuse that she has another closing happening at that time. (My clients were waiting in the car for the sellers to sign since this was a hostile situation caused by their listing agent Sondra Grimes. Sondra neglected to draft a leaseback so there was no contract in place to secure her clients had somewhere to stay safely after we closed. Due to her neglect- she argued back and forth with me involving my broker and her broker trying to get her way so that she did not have to admit her neglect and inability to serve and protect her clients. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS JUST KRISTI -- THE OTHER STAFF THERE THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE WERE PROFESSIONAL WHEN ANSWERING THE PHONE. Seeing that they have a 3.5 rating tells me I am not wrong in noting the unprofessionalism by that woman and place overall. I wish I had a positive thing to say because I would rather elevate a business not have to be writing a bad review. You have been warned .

Cindy Bass was our agent when we bought and sold our house in Texas…read more After having a stressful experience with our first agent, we ran into Cindy while viewing a house that she was listing. We took her card and decided to have her take us out for our next house hunting trip just to see how well her personality matched with ours because buying a home is a stressful process and your agent can either add or relieve some of that stress. The house hunting process went smoothly, she was patient and understanding when we voiced our concerns. She never once tried to force our hand to make an offer on a house if we weren't comfortable. Fast forward to making an offer/closing on our home, Cindy was ON TIME with everything we needed/ addressed all of our concerns, and if she didn't know the answer, she did her research and always followed up in a timely manner! She made us feel like we were her only clients! How many agents can successfully do that? About 8 months later, we called on Cindy again to be our agent when selling our home due to relocation. We got the same exact experience with her! I have no idea how she does it but We are so thankful to have met her. My husband and I trusted Cindy throughout the process and he is not an easy man to please but he liked Cindy lol! If you are needing an experienced agent that will have your best interest at heart then Cindy is the woman for the job! Super sweet, diligent, effective and a breath of fresh air! Cindy, I've said this to you so many times already and I'll say it again, thank you so much for all that you've done for us! You've set the bar high. Sincerely, Fred & Marylene
