If you have to go upstairs to the Special Ed department, know that you are once again greeted with an unwarm hello. For parents of a young child, just entering school, I was completely turned off. We were recommended to go there for a somewhat sensitive evaluation, and I ended up just feeling like I was a bother to most of the staff. The building is old and not welcoming, the staff seemed incredibly disorganized (they messed up my appointment) and we left our appointment thinking that we might not want to continue doing any schooling through PVD. read more
