He first presented all my options and what the follow up would be with each of them. He allowed me to choose what I thought would be best for myself. After doing so his follow up was amazing. My Doctor recommended Mountain ENT for my sinus problems which have gotten worse over the years…read more My appointment was about 10 days after they called and I showed up on time. After filling out the initial medical record I waited only about 10 minutes until I was taken into a room where I talked with either a technician or a Doctor to describe my problems. I was then given a thorough hearing test and a CT scan. He gave me the results and off to another examination room. A short time later, Doctor Douglas came in to discuss my problem. After looking at the scan, he recommended balloon sinuplasty. I had the procedure about two weeks later and, while it was a little disturbing, it was relatively painless. After about a week I saw great results as I am no longer dizzy nor had extreme pressure in my head which I'd been suffering from for years. Two weeks later I went in for a follow-up. Doctor Douglas was quite happy with the results and just told me to call them if I ever need them. Everyone at the office is very courteous, professional, and friendly. I cannot recommend this office more highly.
