But to our surprise we were charged over $200 to get the result of the test from the Dr. who met with us for less than 2 minutes. This was not told to us by them as we were told we were paying for the testing only. I guess the doctor charges $100 per minute to give a result of a test.

I wish they would have told me using a scope in my nose would not be covered under my copay. Avoid this place if you don't want to get ripped off. Doctors should value customer service over a quick buck. There is no reason they could have not mentioned this before hand.

My appointment was at 1 and they called back patients whose appointment was at 1:20 before me. I chose this doctor because reviews had said their r ran on time. Sorry to say it does not. They really need a new office manager or stop scheduling multiple patients at the same time. Will see if I continue with this practice.

I got there like 30 minutes early and hopefully I can start the appointment early but didn't happened. They were behind and waited for like almost 2 hours to wait for my turn. There is one other day I was there to have a quick ear infection check and they thought it was appointment and they cancel my appointment without letting me know and have to wait for another hour for my appointment to come in so these two appointment time frame is very frustrating and upsetting so you guys need to step up and you guys almost caused me to be late for orchestra rehearsal and I will sue you if you did that to my next event if that happens again so please work on your appoitment performance. I understand that you guys are behind and everything but please I advise you to work on it so nobody will be late for their next event or etc. Hopefully my next appointment will be either on time or early if I arrive early but I will call the police and sue you guys if that happens again

We discussed all of my previous problems [broken wire] that was repaired previously. Dr. Post answered all my questions and offered excellent operating instructions.
