After looking through some more of the before and after photos that they had on file, I decided to go through with it and to have it performed by the PA. And I have to say. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made. My lips appear symmetric, and the size is proportional to the rest of my face. They appear plump but natural. I think it's a noticeable change, but it's not excessively obvious. I'm very happy with them, and I'd definitely recommend Dr. Jason Hall and his PA.
