Me: (as he is starting to clean area but not where normally placed) That's not where I usually get the shot ..which always works and im able to kayak and assume normal activities the next day ". The doc. "Well, this is where SURGEONS put it.". Proceeds to put at base of finger. Two days later I call office and tell them to note that exchange in my chart as it didn't seem to help.. called 2 weeks later. Still no help and then I got a bill. Please pay 165 to us for the shot. I call again and ask to have reviewed since I had called 2x to say hadn't helped. They called back. A woman with a voice who seemed to be expecting confrontation told me " you signed a consent form, so you have to pay". Not going back. Will find a doctor who actually listens to the patient and doesn't seem so arrogant. ​

What I like about this office is that they incorporate more than just adjustments. There's exercises, injections (if needed), and they can get you equipment to use at home; again, if needed. I've not only been able to stand up stronger but I can now walk without pain and my endurance is continuing to build. My back and hips are great. My neck and shoulders are all we're working on now. I go in to see them ever so often. Great staff from the docs to the trainers to the office clerks at the front; if you're in pain ... check em out.

I brought this to their attention they would not correct the error. I do not recommend them, they have unfair billing practices. They discriminate against veterans with billing errors.
