Me: (as he is starting to clean area but not where normally placed) That's not where I usually get the shot ..which always works and im able to kayak and assume normal activities the next day ". The doc. "Well, this is where SURGEONS put it.". Proceeds to put at base of finger. Two days later I call office and tell them to note that exchange in my chart as it didn't seem to help.. called 2 weeks later. Still no help and then I got a bill. Please pay 165 to us for the shot. I call again and ask to have reviewed since I had called 2x to say hadn't helped. They called back. A woman with a voice who seemed to be expecting confrontation told me " you signed a consent form, so you have to pay". Not going back. Horrible way to add pictures to their website for your insurance card and drivers license. Super laggy website, long wait times, not a place I'll be back to. I broke my leg on a Tuesday night, eventually Thursday afternoon they get me in to check me out. The charming lady that helped me check in couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The nice young lady that greeted me and took me back to the examination room, the x-ray tech was great, they all were very personable and knowledgeable. The facility is impressive and clean. As soon as he opened his own practice, I started going there. When I hear people talk about their [bad] experiences with the primary care physician, I never hesitate to recommend they at least call Dr. Gibson's office. I never get into what insurance or if they are accepting new patients, I just know the amazing care I have received for over 30 years.
