Me: (as he is starting to clean area but not where normally placed) That's not where I usually get the shot ..which always works and im able to kayak and assume normal activities the next day ". The doc. "Well, this is where SURGEONS put it.". Proceeds to put at base of finger. Two days later I call office and tell them to note that exchange in my chart as it didn't seem to help.. called 2 weeks later. Still no help and then I got a bill. Please pay 165 to us for the shot. I call again and ask to have reviewed since I had called 2x to say hadn't helped. They called back. A woman with a voice who seemed to be expecting confrontation told me " you signed a consent form, so you have to pay". Not going back. Will find a doctor who actually listens to the patient and doesn't seem so arrogant. ​

A few of them were "why are you coming in today" you literally just did surgery on my leg you know why I'm coming in. Horrible website to have to add medication too, ALL of which they prescribed. Horrible way to add pictures to their website for your insurance card and drivers license. Super laggy website, long wait times, not a place I'll be back to. I broke my leg on a Tuesday night, eventually Thursday afternoon they get me in to check me out. Tell me to come back Monday for surgery, call Monday they say yeah nevermind come by Thursday so we can look at it. Here it is Thursday and what a joke this place is

After talking with him for a bit, I agreed to see Dr. Yau, one of the other doctors within their practice. Well I just came from my appointment with Dr. Yau. I was a little nervous given my negative experience with Dr. Ivie, but Dr. Yau gave me the complete opposite experience! He looked at the SAME X-rays Dr. Ivie looked at (who told me there was nothing wrong) and immediately he was able to show me what was wrong, his concerns, and how he'd like to go about fixing the problem, avoiding surgery if possible. Dr. Yau not only took the time to listen to everything I had to say, but he asked me questions regarding the problem, and even had a good sense of humor! I enjoyed my visit with him and would HIGHLY recommend him to others without any hesitation!

The charming lady that helped me check in couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The nice young lady that greeted me and took me back to the examination room, the x-ray tech was great, they all were very personable and knowledgeable. The facility is impressive and clean. As soon as he opened his own practice, I started going there. When I hear people talk about their [bad] experiences with the primary care physician, I never hesitate to recommend they at least call Dr. Gibson's office. I never get into what insurance or if they are accepting new patients, I just know the amazing care I have received for over 30 years. Thorough would be the word I would describe my experience through the years. Anytime I have had to wait more than expected, was when I was being worked in or was just outside my appointment window. The nursing staff, front office/reception staff is always nice and friendly.
