These guys have worked on every 1968-2018 Japanese bike that I have owned. Between Mike and Nick they probably have 80 years of motorcycle knowledge in every aspect of 2/4 strokes, carbs, top ends, cams, wheels, racing engines, timing (stock ignitions and mag ignitions). I was having some issues with my KTM MXC 450, I worked on it as much as I could and then ended up taking it to Provalve MX to have them finish off what I couldn't figure out. They took care of the remaining issue and had it ready to go. They do not overcharge for maintenance and give straight forward advice. Bottom Line Up Front: These guys know what they're talking about. They have the ability to service both MX and Supermoto bikes. Although not stated on here, the shop has varying hours. Best to call ahead. Quality of Service: 1) Nick and Mike did not charge me extra for some nuts and bolts type of stuff 2) Given my current riding habits and frequency, they suggested a certain interval for oil change. When I cross referenced this with other SM riders, they noted that since I was not racing, the interval seemed appropriate. 3) The bike was in and out of the shop in a reasonable amount of time, and on-time. Customer Service 1) Friendly service 2) Proactively calls you to let you know the bike's current disposition. Nick and Mike are the best! Dare I say that I only used to go to Factory Connection for my suspension. I have ridden/ raced dirt since I was 5yrs old and am 33 now. Needless to say I know what I want when it comes to my race setups. I was hesitant at first, but a buddy recommended them to me and I took a shot. I used to like my Ktm, rode Yamaha my whole life, and now I live it. The suspension setup they did for me nailed what I wanted first go around, and I have never had that happen before. I'm picky when it comes to my stuff. Had a Rekluse clutch put in as well and, again, amazing work and fair price. These guys don't bullshit and they know their stuff. Also, both have awesome attitudes and customer service. I can't say enough good things about the experience I have had nick even did a temp fix on one of my bleed screws for my forks, while ordering a new cap, after some boner at at Del Amo Motorsports stripped my bleed screw during service. Again, straight up amazing customer service and looked after me with compassion as he new this pissed me off. Wonderful shop! If you want your bikes done right the first time take you toys here. I don't know what the two one star reviews are about but whoever you guys are that did those either work for the competition or are probably those asshats that think there bikes should be done overnight, and also don't know their ass from their elbow when it comes to bikes. Called today to check on my brothers CR 85r two stroke that recently Blow a top end. Mike is the one that called my brother back and said he tried starting the bike and heard a loud clunk and now there may be more damage so I called to ask Mike why he would try to start my brothers two stroke when we brought it in and we told him the top in was gone.. and why is he trying to start a two-stroke with the top in blown will probably cause more damage... To which he cussed at me and called me dumb and then hung up on me I called him back to ask if this is this type of customer service to which he told us to come get the bike back and some other craziness to which he hung up on me the second time.. This is not how you treat customers especially when we are brought many bikes here and have spent thousands of dollars at this place.. to be cussed out and treated like that is absolutely unacceptable!!! me and my family nor will my friend ever bring our bikes to this place again stay away from this place go somewhere else please save yourself the hassle and the problems.. Mike you suck and shouldn't be working on bikes if you don't know that trying to start a two stroke with a blown top end will cause more damages .. Maybe you should get a job at Uber or something! read more

Had work gone after I bought a bike for my son on that bike it had Probvalve all over it. I bought a 2007 KTM 300 EXC and had them rebuild the front and rear suspension and have enjoyed there work. read more
