HE BLOCKED MY NUMBER instead of making it right. I paid for a job that was supposed to be completed in 1-2 days. John and one helper showed up 4 hours late the first day, worked for 2 hours, and disappeared for a few days. When they removed my carpet, they threw it on my front lawn (all 500+ sqft of it!), left my house filthy, and disappeared again for a few days. Then John BLOCKED my number. The trim job was done half-ass, as well, with multiple cracks and non-secured pieces. Their solutions was to caulk the huge gaps in the trim. They fixed a few cracks in the vinyl, but there are MANY left unfixed. I am pleased with the quality of the waterproof vinyl itself and the price. However, the frustration of being ignored mid-job and refusing to make it right was not worth it. His workers called me saying that John didn't pay them. I have since tried to text and call to see if they'll fix the cracks. I am being ignored. So, I have invested in some nice rugs to hide the cracks.

My father died of colon cancer and carcinomatosis only 3 and a half months after being diagnosed. We were very eager to get out of the house he died in and move my mother to Nashville to be with me. When first speaking with the men at CSSI we were told there would be a 3 week to 1 month wait. Upon explaining our situation and our need to be out of this house, they made arrangements to help us immediately. Not only were they very sensitive to our situation, they really came through for us. The people at CSSI are genuinely good people. They care and it shows. Lee is the upstanding man we worked with and he got our hardwood ready in a week so we would be ready to move in by our move in date. The house is beautiful and they did an absolutely amazing job. At the end of doing business with ReFloor I got the impression that either they just weren't feeling the small job at my home, and had other lucrative offers; or, they wanted me to contract with a buddy of theirs. DO NOT use this company, unless you want to deal with them coming back 3 or 4 times before the job is done somewhat professionally. They just do a bad job, make a mess, and don't apologize for anything. Let me list a few of the problems. For the tile floor: 1. They installed the tile very crooked and with tons of gaps in the grout. 2. They had to come back, completely tear up the floor, and install it again. 3. They left a huge mess, grout footprints on my new vinyl flooring that wouldn't come out. For the vinyl floors: 1. They installed it so I couldn't easily open and close the front door. 2. There was a gap in the floor by the front door, and their "fix" was to put caulk in it. 3. They installed the baseboards that had chips in it and need to be replaced. 4. They left a mess... gum on the counter, trash on the couch, white residue everywhere, scuffs on the floor, dirty sink, dirty stove.

The price was reasonable and they totally accommodated our hectic schedule by working mostly on Saturdays and Sundays outside of their normal hours. They also use a dustless sanding system that left almost NO evidence of them sanding over 1000 sq ft of wood floors. I highly recommend using Verchota for any of your hardwood flooring needs. The floors look brand new and I'm a very picky customer.

We were told it would take two days to complete laying hardwood floors in our kitchen. They came on time and worked all day Monday and told us someone would be there on Tuesday to complete the sanding and staining. No one showed up on Tuesday morning and after calling I was told they had not expected us to be done and the sanders/stainers were scheduled on another job that day, but would be there the next day. Ok, fine. Wed. morning, still no workers. A call to the office and I was told they had been sent to another job again and she was going to track them down and get right back to me. I had to call back a few hours later to be told that the owner was on his way to finish my floors and to expect him between 2:30-3:00. The time frame came and went, still no one even bothered to call. I had to call the office again and she assured me the owner was gathering equipment nearby and he would be by to finish them himself. By 4:30 pm, it was obvious no one was showing up. I called the office only to be told she didn't know why he hadn't known up but that she would text him. Hopefully, someone will have the decency to call me and let me know when I can expect my floors to be finished. I NEVER write reviews and am always more than understanding. But tomorrow will be day number 4 of this and my kitchen is still unusable more than 2 days later and there seems to be a total lack of concern on their part for this major inconvenience.
