They actually answered and arranged the appointment via text around 9pm, which totally surprised us. In a good way. Most places wouldn't even bother responding that late. The owner was pleasant, responsive, and got us connected right away. It was such a relief to have someone reliable handle the referral quickly. 5 stars all the way. Professional, helpful, and on top of it. Would absolutely use again.

**More details but same review** Anthony came to the property to do an inspection of the home but…read moresomehow only managed to inspect the livingroom and tiny "hallway" connected to it. Which were the two spot I pointed him to as the worst in the house but were absolutely not the only affected areas. Something I brought up to later on which he turned into a "miscommunication" on my part. No Anthony. There's no miscommunication about you not doing a job you were paid for. Unfortunately our landlord then turned around and hired Anthony to do the retesting during remediation and Anthony suggested a remediation company that did not have their license to run a remediation company (see photos) but the quality of their work and complete confusion when asked anything during the process was telling even before online confirmation. Two areas in the living room were written in the report that needed to be addressed by remediation professionals. Day 2 of remediation, we stop by the house to check the mail and to be nosy about the process at the house thus far. They completely missed and didn't do ANYTHING to one of the two areas in the living room even after we asked them why they weren't touching that area (they had no idea they needed too despite the report having it) and when bringing it to Anthony's attention (as well as him not doing any moisture readings or checking any other room or area in the house) he ignored the questions. There was a failed retest that we never got the results from and then a passing one 3 days later showing ZERO counts of black mold. Don't know how that could have been since no fans or dehumidifiers were used at any point. The second round of remediation after the failed attempt, was just one guy cleaning up the mess the first round left behind and him putting a fan in the kitchen with a bag on it that led out the kitchen window (we have cameras dummy) Also, locating and fixing the issue that was causing the mold in that one area until AFTER remediation was completed. The whole house smelling of mold and walls dripping with moisture still when we were allowed back in. I brought all of this up to Anthony and he played dumb but was all too ready to remind me of THCs price points if I wanted him to come back to the property and check things out. I also got the craziest one way-ed non-disparagement release/settlement from their lawyer that I've ever seen. They are insane if they think people should sign that just to get their money back for a job not done in the slightest and give them the power to sue you if they decide some random persons bad review of their business is connected to you in anyway imaginable. I gave multiple options for renegotiating terms and contract modifications that were mutually beneficial and they would not budge a fraction of an inch. Feeling guilty boys?

Different tools were used to document what was going on at the property and many photos were taken. I was unable to go into the house for the inspection because it makes me feel so sick. After looking at the property the inspector took the time to go through each picture with me and give me the preliminary findings which I really appreciated. It was done with a lot of knowledge, understanding, and kindness. Texas Mold Inspectors rushed me the completed report as soon as it was available along with the results of the samples that were sent out to the lab. Emily (one of the owners) was great at explaining the results, provided me with resources on how to move forward after the mold exposure, and had a lot of empathy for our family. With the detailed report our landlord could no longer deny that the rental had a mold problem and let us out of our lease.

It was obvious after demo that the leak had been there for a good while per our forensic tile expert. They also referred a company Crossway who charged us 40k to bring our hvac installation into compliance and did not remedy the issue. Later deleted us from their fb group when we gave honest feedback of that hvac company. This doesn't make any sense unless they are also in business with Crossway, which was not disclosed to us if that is the case. There are really great companies out there, unfortunately this is our experience with TMI.

Naturally, we didn't check their credentials as the "reviews" streaming across their slick website were excellent. The young man came with his test kit. He didn't have the proper equipment to test for the mold in the bathroom, yet suggested be could do multiple tests for more money to ascertain if indeed there were a mold problem. He did not have the fiber optics to inspect the space above the ceiling nor did he have the tool to enter the wall where the drywall was wet. It cost $500.00. We received a lengthy, generic, computer generated report. There was one pathetic paragraph that was not scientifically written to say there was no definitive answer to our problem. He gave personal views which shouldn't have been done. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Please do your research about the degrees the employees have that actually are trained and capable of doing this work.

This was an old house on the Northside of town that had been there since the early 1930s. When I called for a verbal report, prior to closing on the property they transferred me to a gentleman that told me everything was just fine. I asked are there any issues with silt or something I should look at in the report? Is there anything I need to be concerned about. He told me no, no silt no issues. I told him I was buying the property so I want to make sure before I close on the property there are no issues. I'm a marketing major, not a geologist. After I closed on the property, I send the report to my architects. A few months later they dig in the report and tell me the soil is bad. It's terrible. I will require a more expensive slab. The guy that gave me the report failed to tell me anything. If you get a report from here, make sure you have someone read it that understands bc they aren't helpful. They just tell you what they think you want to hear. Had he told me the soil is not great, I'll need to spend more on the foundation or dig out 2 ft of soil and replace, they would have done what I paid them to do. They just don't care is how I feel now. Had they told me this I would have gone back to the seller and asked for more off the asking price. This is why I hired them. They didn't deliver the best verbal report, so don't expect more than the report from them. Maybe they don't feel they have to explain anything to a woman.
