There's many other Mold Remediation companies in Houston that you can use, don't use this one. We were mislead from the beginning, falling for a sales pitch that was too good to be true. For 3 months, we have gone back and forth with Clean Air. They tried to charge us $2,000+ of work that was never completed, they would go weeks at a time without calling us back to address our concerns and questions, it took weeks to receive pictures and documentation for insurance (all of which was not accepted by insurance - even though Clean Air promised it would be). Now we are thousands of dollars out of pocket for a small patch of mold under the sink in our kitchen. They charged my credit card without permission, refusing to resolve the issue. All in all, do not use this provider.
