There was always an excuse given, and maybe with good reason, but the bottom line is they never showed up. Multiple emails, phone calls and texts have gone unanswered. The business address is a PO Box. I have repeatedly tried in good faith to work with them to get the job done, but they aren't interested. At this point, I'm not sure I would even trust them to do the job, if I can't get them to return a phone call or text, what would happen if I had a problem? I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and they responded by saying there were all kinds of problems, supply chain, personnel, etc., but that the job was scheduled and would be completed. That was in October of 2020. It has been almost a year since I paid my deposit, and at this point, I can only assume that money is lost. The owner seems like a nice enough guy when you speak with him, but there is only so far that goes, and it's been many months since I've been able to get them to acknowledge me or my situation.
