This company came out the same day, reassured me everything would be okay and then they started their work. They concreted, put down bait and massive traps. Whilst he was there he captured 5rats and one mouse. He stayed with me for a while as I was petrified. When he left a few hours later I heard more vermin being trapped on the baits which was good but scared me. I gave him another quick call early hours in the morning and he came half and hour later to sort the problem. AMAZING truely AMAZING. The company have been very supportive to me as I was really scared and they have come to my flat several times to help or for reassurance. My property has been made the safest it can be and a week later not saw or heard anything. Thankyou so much for your brilliant service and for your support and reassurance. Also the amount of time you spent at my flat and for the speed in getting to my flat when I needed you. Brilliant 24/ hour company lovely people I truely am so thankful.

Absolutely appalled by the behaviour of Rick. I booked for a wasp nest removal and on the day I had…read morea call to say he was 15 mins away. I then get a call to say he can't find me and gives a landmark he can see, since I'm new to the area I said i'm going to check on Google maps, at which point Rick says If I don't know where I live he can't help me and couldn't remove the wasp nest. Since I'd lost a days pay to wait in for Youngs pest control to turn up I posted a review elsewhere saying this. I then had a very abusive call from Rick swearing and telling me "You must have something wrong with your head". I wouldn't advise anyone to use a company that feels the need to call and swear or show any signs of aggression after a poor review. Clearly they don't understand the basics of good customer service.
