Phoned them up and was offered a discount to make the appliance cheaper than anyone else. Ordered on Sunday morning and had the new fridge freezer in my kitchen by Monday afternoon. Was sent text messages informing of estimated delivery time and then when they where on their way to me. Delivery men where polite and friendly, they removed my old appliance and delivered the new one quickly, following covid guidance while doing so. Highly recommended, especially if close to Manchester for local delivery.

He was really conversational the entire time he was working, but not annoyingly. He had useful, interesting things to say. He was fast at what he did, as well. He obviously really knew what he was doing, not just in fixing the problem with the actual washing machine, but in getting the thing out where he could access it (it's fixed into the counter) without damaging anything. It really didn't take him that long at all, and his prices were reasonable. For an average job they charge £45. And they only charge you £10 to come look at something. That's a deal you won't get most anywhere else! They sell and service all kinds of leading brands of electrical appliances. I highly recommend this company.
