GLEADLESS VALLEY COMMUNITY FORUM is a registered charity that is working to make Gleadless Valley a…read morebetter place in which to live and work. It offers training courses to unemployed people in subjects such as computer technology, English, maths etc.. It has a youth advice centre giving "confidential" advice on sexual matters, as well as other matters related to growing up into adulthood. It organizes public events such as the Gleadless Valley Festival which is held annually in Herdings Park. The festival is aimed at getting as many people - tenants and residents - together as possible and having a good time. It publishes the Gleadles Valley Newsletter, which is aimed at showing everybody all that is good in Gleadless Valley. Unfortunately they are not allowed to publish what's bad about Gleadless Valley, so due to that the Newsletter becomes a "one-sided affair" that doesn't really show the reality of the Valley. On the whole it's a good organisation with really good intentions. An organisation that's worth backing. Gleadless Valley Community Forum will be ten years old on 28 May 2010. WOW!!! How time flies.

Some of them 'disappearing' without any explanation as to why, good members of staff just gone from the building without any warning. An odd mix of good ethos that doesn't quite make it to reality, with good facilities but 'jobs worths' in charge of them. It's a lottery as to whether you get a nice member of staff or the opposite, and even the nice ones rarely seem that happy. The 5* review below is clearly written by a manager. When they need to write blurb such as this, there is clearly a lack of confidence in it's own ability and merit.

His breakfast show starts at 6am every day is really lots of fun. For example, Steve has just become an ordained minister. What more do you need to know? Think Chris Moyles or Scott Mills but local to Manchester and a bit more down to earth. He's a good guy. Music-wise The Revolution's playlist is a bit more grown up, but when I'm fed up of listening to Tinchy Styder or whatever his name is on Radio 1, The Revolution is often where I head.

Oszuści zabrali telewizor i kazali czekać następne 14 dni aż wyświetlacz zamówią , tak właśnie ten sam wyświetlacz który mieli już bo umówili mnie na wymianę go w domu przez ich technika. Sprawa naprawy trwała za długo i za dużo zmieniali razy historie naprawy. Postanowiłam umówić wizytę z samsunga gdzie poinformowali mnie że naprawa w ten sam dzień w domu wiec zrezygnowałam z naprawy z satellite sound dzwoniąc do general & domestic. General & domestic umówił zwrot telewizora do mnie do domu i zamknął status naprawy z satellite sound. Teraz historia najlepsza , satellite sound Engineer writing off mój telewizor 4 dni później . Tak właśnie , telewizor mój który można było naprawić za £250 z samsungiem. Cuda prawda. Na dodatek ubezpieczalnia zgłosiła o zwrot telewizora a satellite sound stwierdzili że jest telewizor niebezpieczny dla mnie i zrobili writing off . Telewizor za ponad 2K. Oszuszci . Nie dajcie się na to nabrać że wam naprawia telewizor . Firma ta zabiera wasz telewizor i zgłasza do ubezpieczalni writen off a telewizor sobie zatrzymują dla siebie i ponownie odsprzedają twierdząc że go zniszczyli , sprawa została zgłoszona dalej
