Terrible!!! DON'T GO HERE!!…read more Saw Dr. Jaryga who performed surgery. Instead of him shortening the tendon, he removed the entire tendon which caused toes 3 and 4 to hammertoe. He threw me a prescription and told me to come back. NEVER went back. Have to wear a device for hammertoes, all because Dr. Jaryga made a serious mistake.

I set up an appointment through Instagram. I went to the location where they used to be at. I tried calling to let them know I was running late but know one answered the phone? I walked in, within a few a minutes a gentleman said, he would get me someone to help me. Another lady told me to have a seat. This nice lady that was so friendly and talkative help me with my fiiting. She was very resourceful and explained everything to me. She was also very understanding. I apologized for being late. They have to see where the pain is coming from so, you have to step in ink then step on a white piece of paper to see where all the pressure is going on your feet. Then you step on a Digital Foot Scanner. This will get an exact measure of your foot and find out your pressure points. It looks so cool. Next, you place your foot on the Med Massager. This helps stimulate circulation in your feet. It feels so great! While this is happening the Arch Support Specialist finds the right arch support for you. She allowed me to try 3 different arches. They were uncomfortable except for the last one. She explained, it's a 3 step system where you have buy three different arches, in order for you to feel relief from your feet. Sorry, I'm not going to do that. It's just a waste of my time. The expense of purchasing all 3 arches is outrageous! That does not include the cost of Brooks Tennis shoes that they recommend. Even if I buy one arch support, it's half a grand and it's not going to help my feet so why waste my time and money. It's really nice inside. They have nice photos, a small waiting room and there's no odor either. Im really surprised w all the feet that travel through there. It was a really neat experience. I am grateful for that. However, it was really time consuming and a lot of information all at once. Dr. Jaryga rushed through the appointment, spent no more than five minutes with us, and performed a partial nail avulsion without informing me or asking for my consent. As her parent, I had no idea that he had permanently removed part of her nail until our second visit. There was no explanation beforehand, no discussion of treatment options, and no opportunity for me to provide informed consent. Had I known what he was planning to do, I would have absolutely declined this permanent procedure and requested less invasive alternatives first. I expect transparency and communication from any medical professional--especially when treating a minor. This experience felt rushed, dismissive, and completely lacking in the basic respect of parental rights and informed consent. I would strongly urge other parents to be extremely cautious before seeking treatment from Dr. Jaryga.

Dr. Blueitt was our doctor for my shin stress fracture. His bedside manner is decent, pretty…read morethorough, a bit serious, but hey, as long as the doctor is thorough and knowledgeable, that's what matters. He ordered an MRI since I'm a competitive athlete and needed to know the extent of the injury. Then his assistant called me with "results" that were very vague; I had questions she couldn't answer, and they don't do "follow-ups" to go over results. What? I had to request the follow-up by complaining, then they finally got me in. During the follow-up, he explained the extent of the injury and what it meant (how long I would have to offload, physical therapy, etc.). He stated his team would get back to me immediately to refer me to a physical therapy/rehab place he recommended. Well, that call never came. It's been 2 months, and they never followed through, not even to see how I was doing- nothing. I moved from out of state, and the doctors I had in high school and college always followed through with PT and checked in to see how the injured patient/athlete was doing. Zilch. Needless to say, we switched providers to a completely different group in Fort Worth. What a difference! I would never come back here again; so disappointing. I was in so much pain; I expected such a large office that bills so much to insurance to do their job. Maybe they are not very passionate about their careers, but it all comes down to the staff/people you hire and how they are trained. Dr. Blueitt is equally responsible for not following through. Oh, and he lied to us and said he had tried to call our phone numbers- total lie. We answer our phone all the time and had no missed calls after the MRI, which is when we complained that no one called to go over the results, since it was indeed a stress fracture. Avoid this place like the plague if you want thorough, professional care.
