I've been twice and I would recommend this place to my friends! Everyone was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I've seen and heard a lot about Good Feet so, when I got an invite for a free fitting, I decided to…read morecheck it out. Let me walk you through some things. I set up an appointment through Instagram. I went to the location where they used to be at. I tried calling to let them know I was running late but know one answered the phone? I walked in, within a few a minutes a gentleman said, he would get me someone to help me. Another lady told me to have a seat. This nice lady that was so friendly and talkative help me with my fiiting. She was very resourceful and explained everything to me. She was also very understanding. I apologized for being late. They have to see where the pain is coming from so, you have to step in ink then step on a white piece of paper to see where all the pressure is going on your feet. Then you step on a Digital Foot Scanner. This will get an exact measure of your foot and find out your pressure points. It looks so cool. Next, you place your foot on the Med Massager. This helps stimulate circulation in your feet. It feels so great! While this is happening the Arch Support Specialist finds the right arch support for you. She allowed me to try 3 different arches. They were uncomfortable except for the last one. She explained, it's a 3 step system where you have buy three different arches, in order for you to feel relief from your feet. Sorry, I'm not going to do that. It's just a waste of my time. The expense of purchasing all 3 arches is outrageous! That does not include the cost of Brooks Tennis shoes that they recommend. Even if I buy one arch support, it's half a grand and it's not going to help my feet so why waste my time and money. It's really nice inside. They have nice photos, a small waiting room and there's no odor either. Im really surprised w all the feet that travel through there. It was a really neat experience. I am grateful for that. However, it was really time consuming and a lot of information all at once. The Good Feet Store had a good Arch Support Specialist, ambiance and a fresh overall appearance but, it was not so good with their prices. So, I'm gonna walk by a Goodfeet store with aching feet.

My foot spasms have stopped thankfully, but my wallet took a serious beating…read more Three sets of different footwear inserts for my wife and myself cost just shy of $3000.00! WTF? No footwear included (offered me Brooks sneakers at $50 more than Brooks sells is them for. I found this out after going home and checking the Brooks website. Sheisters!), no nothing and they tried to sell me other things like a foot vibrator. If I wasn't desperate, I would never have shelled out this kind of money. I should have gone to a Pediatrist. It would have been much cheaper and likely covered by my medical insurance. If you have money to burn, then this is the place to go. It is my own fault. A fool and their money will be quickly separated from one another. Buyer beware Update response to Ms Kessler: My wallet was your intended target. There is nothing that can be done now. It is what it is. I said my piece. There is nothing to misinterpret about what I wrote. It was factual. Respectfully, Tom

Also good luck trying to get them to answer the phone to schedule an appointment. Expect to wait 45 minutes or more after you check in for your scheduled appointment. Dr Minor would not prescribe anything for pain instead I got a steroid hip injection that did not help! had to see Lonestar ortho for my back pain to get pain meds. The worst thing I experienced was them filing my insurance incorrectly. I had to call Medicare and BCBS and coordinate benefits myself then after BCBS paid the bill TOA were claiming I still owe them $1035 and would not schedule my surgery! I offered to do a 3 way call with their billing office to verify it's been paid and that they need to contact the local BCBS office. TOA didn't have it posted and until it is TOA will not do my extremely painful hip replacement surgery. It's been 2 weeks that the bill has been paid and not one phone call from them! I decided to go to Lonestar Ortho in Burleson and they scheduled my surgery a week later. Lonestar was going to schedule it July 17th but I stressed to them my pain level and issues with TOA so they scheduled me July 3rd. The only reason I went back to TOA was because I had a great experience with Dr Papaliodis for my shoulder replacement 3 yrs ago. After the poor patient care I received for my hip, iI will not go to TOA ever again,
