I had to wait a month for an appointment for my infected toe and was not able to talk to a person any time I called. He and his assistant were very capable and explained my treatment. However, they charged the wrong amount of copay and did not show the detail on their bills--a dollar amount is not enough. After questioning my bill in a text, I received no response. They're not closed...despite Apple Maps saying they're permanently closed... They are open for business. I made a yelp account to leave a review. That's how amazing their waitstaff and service was. Dr. Gary was super cool. It was a little hard finding their office suite but it was definitely worth it. They're located on the south side of the bizarre building... if you're driving south on Bryant Irving, take a left on Oakbend Trail then take the third right and follow the maze around to the south side of the building. Plenty of parking, be mindful of the buildings entrance door. It says it's automatic but I don't think it's working. I have been going to Dr. Beede for many years. In my previous years I was having servers different issues with my feet and he corrected those problems. If I was disappointed I would not return. He did bunion surgery in 2014 and it turned out wonderfully. Skip forward 8 years without any foot issues to 2022, I returned for a different issue. I have a horrible pain in the arch of my foot that has existed for over two years that causes a sharp pain when I walk. I have seen other foot specialists, yet in speaking with this office, they felt that they could help my foot issue. Last week this office gave me a tape compression on my ankle and was told that it would be evaluated this week as I was asked not to wear my orthotics and take a week supply of prescription steroids. I showed all my supply of orthotics that have been issued over the last year. Well during the visit yesterday I was asked to gauge a percentage of improvement. Heck, I thought that is why I was being evaluated. With my number that was randomly given, I was then told to take more steroids and visit a Fort Worth running shoe store. Not exactly the follow up that I expected. Almost forgot! I was also told that if that doesn't work, we can try a procedure that is given at least 6 times a year by splicing my tendon in the arch, as it just may work, similar to the Geico commercial! Save yourself some time and money, and go visit your own athletic shoe store for recommendations. A total disappointment! read more

Scheduled an appointment for my daughter knowing the diagnosis and communicated to the staff when scheduling. We were informed there is definitely no surgical option since she still has open growth plates (11yrs old) and will for several more years. But, in spite of this knowledge, they sent us to have x-rays ($284) and make an office visit. This is such poor practice. I trusted them to advise the best options. They are saying I have to dispute the x-ray charges with Touchstone imaging myself. Touchstone Imaging is saying they didn't do anything wrong - the x-rays were ordered by Trinity Foot & Ankle and they orchestrated this visit. I believe Trinity is responsible for the x-ray charges. How is anyone supposed to know to question a doctor they haven't seen about x-rays they have ordered to be completed in 2 business days (before a scheduled appointment)???? I trusted that they needed these and they had a purpose ordering them, but in fact they were done for NO purpose and I am the one out. No options for correction and out more money (not well spent). I visited Dr Beede at Trinity Foot & Ankle because of swelling on my foot. Dr Beede said he could remove the growth with surgery. After a number of followups swelling and pain became worse. He recommended another surgeon to correct what he had done. After another surgery my foot now looks and feels worse than it ever did. My foot problems have only been made worse after Trinity Foot & Ankle. read more

I have asthma and am terrified of getting Covid. These doctors are staff do not wear masks. Their reasoning is that they are all vaccinated. As medical professionals they should know that you can still get sick after vaccination. read more

Dr. Beede was wonderful, however, I received some boots to sleep in to help with my plantar fasciitis. My insurance was billed $250 for each of them when you can buy the same ones online for $25-$50 at the most. When I called to discuss this with billing, she was very rude and told me it didn't matter how much they paid for the medical supplies, they can bill the insurance the max allowed and charge me the $75 coinsurance for both, for a total of $150 for two boots that probably didn't even cost them $25 each. I have filed a fraud claim against them. I would highly suggest not going to them since obviously they only care about how much money they can get from their patients and the insurance. read more

Dr Downey is great. He did the surgery on my daughter's severe flat feet and it has gone really well so far. Very personable and great care.

I visited Dr. Downey's office on Jan 9 and 16. I had a cursory exam and had my foot taped up by a very nice, but extremely inexperienced medical assistant. When I returned the following week I was told that I should get some orthotics which cost over $400. The doctor said that although my insurance covered them in California, they would not cover them in Texas. Dr. Downey scrawled the name of some generic orthotics that I could get at Amazon for a reasonable amount of money and left the room. When I checked out the staff tried to charge me $85 instead of my $50 copay which I did get settled. When I returned home I called my insurance which told me that they had never recieved a diagnosis from the office and that the insurance would cover 80% of the orthotics after my deducitble was met. I recalled the office and basically told me that my insurance was lying. I feel that the care I received here was unprofessional and substandard. read more
