I was told there would be no charge because it was a follow up. I then received a bill and we were charged a copay for the follow up visit. Although the front desk person and the person that I finally got to speak to in the accounting office acted like they wanted to help, no one ever got back to me. Frustrating and ruined my experience with this company.

To my surprise, Dr. Woodly said I did not have a plantar wart. He told me it was just a callus and I should use a pumice stone on it and cushion it with mole skin. He asked me if I wanted him to shave a bit off and I foolishly agreed - "foolishly" because his "treatment" did nothing and cost me around $70 because my insurance didn't cover it. I knew in my gut Dr. Woodly's diagnosis was wrong. My regular doctor agreed, and sent me to a specialist in dermatology who confirmed the original diagnosis and removed the wart by "burning" it off. Next time I'll listen to my gut!
