Paid for the inspection and estimate and the quotes for the door opener ranged from $1,400 to $3,000...ouch. Saw an ad from Family Christian Doors who came out a few hours after I called. The ad special was honored and there was no pressure or upselling (he did offer to fix it, but it was a 20 year old opener that has always made noise so I opted for replacement). Tristen had the new opener installed and it works perfect. It's quiet and he even changed the light bulb from the old to the new opener. All done in less than two hours.
