I honestly don't know what to say about this location. They can be efficient and then other times…read morethey don't care about their customers. Early in the morning are people coming in handle business. They take a bit longer than someone coming in to do a deposit or withdrawal. One Teller handles ALL of this while other workers are looking or walking around. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THIS LOCATION????? There was a lady getting people out of line to go to the ATM because of its changes and it's also inside. She didn't come to me! The guy in front of me needed to do business and told the Teller I could go before him because we had waited a long time and his business may take a while. She told him it would not take long, which it did. A guy came up but was not taking the next person but to answer questions. He didn't need to be back there if he was not going to help. I'm beginning to rethink my location. What happened to the people that saw a line and came to assist?

The only thing that I would improve is getting more towers to help separate the drive through traffic and the walk in traffic. It can get kind of busy for both. If you are part of the walk in traffic then it's easy to observe the shuffling around of transactions and you feel like you can get a little confusing.
