I was here last Saturday and an Indian lady told me that you close at 2 pm. I walked in at 1:40 pm. I was aware that I was cutting it close, but this lady didn't even greet me with a "Hello, or How are you?". She jumped straight to "what can I do for you?". After I told her what I needed, she told me to hurry up and ask the banker what questions I have. Then she asked my son "What do you need?". Again, no greeting. I don't think it's very good customer service to tell me to hurry up. I was truly disappointed with her and she shouldn't be the front to people in my opinion. I would avoid this bank branch at all costs.. their bankers treat the customers as a nuisance rather than provide help and support when it comes to issues with your accounts... they surely will not go out of their way to provide assistance or any possible solutions to your issues... and if you want to complain to Chase you have to either call them and speak to a call center that could careless so good luck with that. read more

The ATM machines do not accept deposits. Discovered this after driving a whole long way to get there and meet that info on the ATM screens. I went there because it was advertised as having atms that accept deposits as a plus. read more

Attempting to open an account is a nightmare. I had to create an appointment online, then the system would NOT allow me back in to modify the time. Then, if you call, you CAN NOT talk to a person. I will find a smaller bank with real people. read more

((ZERO STARS)) Not surprised at all that the Richmond/Rosenberg location has such a low rating. My husband and I bank with Chase, previous mortgage, as well as other current accounts. I usually bank online and through their ATM, but my husband needed to open a business account and was unable to do so online. We walked in at 4pm and literally wandered around for a few minutes waiting for someone to greet us because there is no sign in sheet, no direction, just a couch for you sit down until they decide to acknowledge you're there. There was a girl who seemed nice who came and retrieved another gentleman, but again, no acknowledgment that we were sitting there and by this time, we had been there about 15-20. 5 minutes later the same girl came back to see what we needed and when we told her, she said "Ouuu, that's going to take about an hr and a half, and I'm not sure they're going to take you since we close at 5pm, but let me check." She started to walk away when she was summoned by a banker who was helping another customer, and it was very obvious that she was talking about my husband and/or myself from the hand gestures and the back and forth looks (not in "can you help them" way but in a very rude way). Not to mention, when the girl left her office to see if a banker would actually service us, this lady decides to mean mug me as if she knew me and had an issue, which I'm more than sure she does not! Now she may have heard me tell my husband that the girl should have greeted us earlier, but that's a fact and doesn't give her (an employee) the right to mean mug a customer! A few minutes later, the girl came back to tell us that they're not going to take us which I think is ridiculous. I have my own business account with Chase and it took about 45 minutes to open, granite it was at a different branch, probably more competent, but this one is closer to our house. I'll definitely be escalating this because it sounds like these bankers were more concerned with making happy hour than servicing their customers. Let's be clear, if I walked in at 4:30 or 4:45 then okay, I get it. But we got there at 4pm (literally 3:59pm) and waited 25 minutes just to be told that it'll take too long. I wish I could give chase zero stars. Deposited a $1200 check to the ATM inside the front doors in Rosenberg Texas. Chase held the personal check for five days then decided to put a restriction on my account. Trying to figure it out was challenging because all I heard were excuses that they could not validate the check because they could not speak to the writer of the check. Of course you can't speak to the writer of the check they don't have an account with Chase. Their bank released the funds and Chase transferred the money into my account but would not allow me access to my account or any other money that I had in my accounts. I was in the branch office for three hours trying to get an explanation. They got lost prevention on the phone and all we got were more excuses and statements thatIf I did not get the writer of the check to verbally confirm on the phone that they wrote that check and that it was their signature or Chase was going to restrict the account in definitely. Literally accusing me of fraud because of their security practices. The next day I went to the check writers bank. I was there for almost 3 hours again because Chase could not give me a straight answer as to why they were not going to credit that check. They only want to speak to the person who wrote it and we all know if you using the phone number I give you for that person how the hell is that secure. Their security practices are insane I can't believe they treat a account holder like this. I was forced to file a complaint with the FDIC once I did that I had my money and my account open within 15 minutes of filing the complaint. Do not bank with Chase their practice is to steal your money and they will get it one way or another. I lost two days of work trying to resolve this issue because it could not just be done on the phone. I've banked with Chase for 15 years now. They are thieves and would preferTo process my account to their advantage. I closed my account the next day. I will never be held hostage by Chase bank again. Illegal practices!!!! read more

This branch doesn't deserve even one star. But I am forced to do that. The customer service is absolutely horrendous. The representative working the drive thru had absolutely no knowledge about cashing checks from members that have accounts with chase. I simply needed to cash a check. I ask a question she ignored me and returned my check. I rang her and re asked & her answer was "I don't know". Her customer service skills require attention. Management need to give this branch more attention if they are going to be pushing account sales onto non members. read more

Had two good experiences here. Smooth. No real issues. I like that they stay open later than other banks around Brazos Town center on Saturdays. The only thing that I would improve is getting more towers to help separate the drive through traffic and the walk in traffic. It can get kind of busy for both. If you are part of the walk in traffic then it's easy to observe the shuffling around of transactions and you feel like you can get a little confusing. read more

The outside card read at the ATM does not work well at all. I have a new card and an old card have to reinsert card multiple times before it will read. My newer card won't even read and I have to use atm inside and it works the first time. Very frustrating if you are in a hurry. read more
