Early in the morning are people coming in handle business. They take a bit longer than someone coming in to do a deposit or withdrawal. One Teller handles ALL of this while other workers are looking or walking around. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THIS LOCATION????? There was a lady getting people out of line to go to the ATM because of its changes and it's also inside. She didn't come to me! The guy in front of me needed to do business and told the Teller I could go before him because we had waited a long time and his business may take a while. She told him it would not take long, which it did. A guy came up but was not taking the next person but to answer questions. He didn't need to be back there if he was not going to help. I'm beginning to rethink my location. What happened to the people that saw a line and came to assist?

I don't think it's very good customer service to tell me to hurry up. I was truly disappointed with her and she shouldn't be the front to people in my opinion. We've been looking for a bank to move over to, and this is one of the ones we were considering, and I recommend anyone go with - in general - this kind of smaller Credit Union, but as the other review states, there will be some problems with that, depending on which one you choose, and specifically this Credit Union.

I had accounts with a different small bank that I was happy with until TDECU bought them several years ago. I operate a couple small businesses and have quite a few automatic payments as well as ETF deposits coming in each month so it will be a pain to establish a new banking relationship but yesterday was the last straw. I'm tire of the aggravation and third rate service so I drove over to Frost Bank and opened new business accounts.
