They are the worst property management companies in a 20 state area. They keep changing how you can…read morepay, where you can pay, don't return phone calls, don't return emails. Then after awhile they'll just put a lien on your property. I had a house not far from here and they were just as bad then; when I sold that house in July 2020 they kept sending ME bills for the HOA fees when that was taken care of during closing. They received all the communications with the closing company, the loan officer, showed they'd been paid. yet they kept hounding me for fees for a place I sold the previous year. They either need more help, or need to stop unlawful business practices.
