Arnold Turner is terribly unprofessional. He told a joke to a very interested buyer about a sex…read moreworker, and they were so offended that they told me directly that they would have purchased the property if not for their distain for my agent. I asked him to please not tell jokes like that, and he defended the action by saying "but they laughed", AFTER I told him that they were so deeply offended that they would rather abandon a property they loved than pay his office a dime. His tone-deafness is a liability in 2020. I asked to please work with another agent from the office, and he connected me with Matt Mulcahy. He and I worked wonderfully together until he took a new position at Keller Williams (I highly recommend him). I was told I would transition to Jesse. Instead, Arnold took it upon himself, after I had made that boundary very clear. When I voiced my opposition to this, Arnold contacted my Ex Husband (they are aquatinted) to discuss and circumvent me. My former spouse has had ZERO to do with my property for over 6 months. The misogyny and disrespect for women in particular is not something I will tolerate and was the reason for the termination of our real estate contract. I should have known exactly what the situation was when I heard him refer to the women who do ALL of the hard work at his office as "my girls". These are professional grown women who keep his business operational. Not *anyones* "girls". Or to his farm employees as "my hired-men". It took me a while to figure out why this didn't sit well with me. It's because "hired-man" is a descriptor connoting that this person is indeed being paid, as opposed to the tradition of unpaid farm labor, aka, slavery. Over the last 140 years or so, "employee" has become part of the common vernacular to create equality for every person who receives a paycheck. This is only the tip of the "Iceberg of Disrespect" that is Arnold Turner. If you are looking for a great realtor, I recommend Matt Mulcahy of Keller Williams.

Across bills from January through October, I've seen: Common Area Electricity suddenly jump to a flat $45 per unit, no matter the size, nearly doubling from earlier months. A so-called "Water Base Fee" that management later admitted is actually the Town's landscape maintenance fee, mislabeled on our bills. Credits were only issued after residents pressed. Sewer and water charges far above what the Town of Superior's published rates would suggest, even when my unit used minimal water. Multiple past errors, including being billed under the wrong Xcel Energy rate schedule until residents caught it. The pattern is clear: opaque billing, repeated mistakes, and inflated fixed charges that punish tenants regardless of actual usage. If you care about fair and transparent utility costs, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
