I hired these guys to reseal the roof, reseal the slide out, and put in a new water heater. I…read morewanted an on demand heater, but was told it would void the warranty...as if there is still an active warranty on a 20 year old rig. The water heater leaked terribly, and although a tech came out and fixed it, there was significant water damage. The roof was allegedly sealed, but only 2 years later there were leaks everywhere and the seal across the rear of the vehicle opened up. I woke up one morning to a cascading sheet of water that soaked the matteress, ruined the bedframe and seemed to compromise the integrity of the entire unit. The incorrect rubber was used around the slide out...they require specific size and type. It wasnt long before there were holes on the floor and ruined carpet at either end. After my rig sat in their yard for 3 weeks, I called to check up on it. They didn't even know who I was or what motorhome I was talking about. I was concerned and went to check on it, discovered that someone had started peeling out the rubber seal around one window...not what i had come for! It was 6 weeks before I got my RV back, $3600 and it was in better shape before i brought it to them. I was new to the world of RVing, but know better now. Shame on Executive RV.

Dave is the principal owner of the business and recently got into the home generator business as a distributor and installer of Generac products. I signed off on an estimate / contract with him to install Generac's largest residential generator. Other than delivering the home generator unit and sub-contracting the gas and electrical hook-ups, I basically had to step in as the general contractor and work with the gas / electrical guys because he would not return phone calls to them or to me. In fact, I had to contact Generac directly to set the generator up and get the 10 year warranty he was supposed to secure for me as part of his estimate and contract. Even his own staff told me privately that he is over his head and not very good with customer support. I do not recommend Ocean West.

The parts to repair my trailer came in wrong the first time so they contacted me to keep ny trailer til the right parts came in. It took a few nonths but eventually they finished. I could not pick up the trailer for a few weeks after it was completed due to medical issues, but it was already in the yard for a few months waiting for them to repair it so they agreed ti keep it til I coupd get in to get it. I picked up the trailer and when I finally opened it up to look through it and prepare for a trip I was shocked to find mice had torn into seal bags of rice and flour in the pantry. I then noticed my carpets were full of mouse poo and smelt of urine like months of mice traveling through leaving a disaster that left my trailer smelling like a Hampster cage. I called and was told it was my fault for leaving it there the extra couple weeks because the months they had it wouldn't be the issue, no it was the extra couple weeks it took me to get the trailer after they finally finished the job. I was then asked if I had ICBC, I just paid them a 500 deductable. I was then told well don't leave food in your trailer open for mice, to which I responded the bags were completely sealed and chewed through which i have pictures of. Everything in the trailer has always been in my trailer and never were mice ever an issue and the team of proffessionals who tested and cleaned my trailer just before I dropped it off can confirm this. I will update this review after I speak to the owner. I was told he would not take responsibility for the damage by his staff today which is shocking. BBB has also been contacted and will be updated as well. I did not expose my trailer to mice their yard did. I did take a few weeks after the job was completed but the trailer was still there because they told me they were keeping it to order the parts. The work they did was great and they helped me by holding it a couple extra weeks. But I signed off on it and paid them the deductable to make sure they got paid asap because the parts took so long I did not want them to wait any longer for their work. But now they are blaming me for the mice that happened in their yard. I'm dissapointed with them to say the least but lets hope they make things right and turn this review into a better one. They do descent work but they need to do something a out the rodent problem. And when rodents infest a trailer in their care they need to be responsible for cleaning it as feces and rodent urine is toxic and I just had the trailer cleaned top to bottom I want it back clean not a health hazard.
