I was thinking that if the order taker went to him before me that he would tell them that I was there first, but that is not what happened. He went ahead and put his order through. But since the advertising on his truck made him a person who was representing your company, one would think he would be more cognizant about how he was representing your business. One call to Joe, and Abby was at my Mother-in-laws house the same day to start the water clean up, and drying out of the home due to a pipe breaking. United worked with her insurance company and obtained a agreed price in a timely matter. Gina comes to her house and spends hours going thru cabinets and flooring and designing so the kitchen will be put back just the way my Mother-In law wanted it.
