His honesty was apparent when he recommended that we NOT go forward with a home, as he felt it would not be in our long-term interest. If you want a real estate agent that you can trust, who has credibility and will have your best interest at heart, we HIGHLY recommend Carey Frankel at the Phyllis Frankel Realty Group. I really appreciated working with one individual from start to finish rather than having each step in the transaction handled by a different person or department. I highly recommend Jesse Wyatt for your real estate needs.

When we first met with Jesse, he was incredibly personal and treated us just like family. In this day and age, it is hard to find someone in business who really seems to care, but Jesse took the time to truly get to know us and our family, and he shared about himself and his own family as well. He was also very thorough in explaining exactly how the entire sales process would work from start to finish, which gave us complete peace of mind. It was so nice to have someone like him working with us. It was a probate house that hadn't been updated in decades and needed an enormous amount of repair work--including a new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, wallpaper and popcorn ceiling removal, full painting, and so much more. Jesse bought the house completely as-is, and we didn't have to do a single thing. He handled every problem as it came up and completely took care of solving all the issues throughout the entire purchasing process. From the very first day we met Jesse until the day we closed took less than 54 days total. In fact, once the probate process officially cleared, he closed the entire deal in less than a week. Jesse was always responsive, dealt with us with total honesty and fairness, and got us the very best price we could have hoped for. We highly recommend Jesse and his company to anyone looking for a hassle-free sale and a great price.

After Sunrise Investments and myself signed a document that I understood was a binding document wasn't, I found out later. Mladen Muzdeka (principle owner) and Dan (partner) came back to me wanting to renegotiate after I was planning on packing up and moving to Ky. My advise to anyone who crosses paths with Sunrise Investments (the Mikie and Dan rip you off show) run, don't walk the other way, at least you'll control your own destiny. Their goal will be to set you up thinking they bought your home if an agreed upon price, sign bogus documents , then come back at you with a lowball price. Not very ethical my friends Mikie and Danny. Beware y'all!

Every time I turn around I find out more instances where I was lied to and if I could, I would take them to court. For when you are buying a home you need to have trust. They are smooth talkers and have done a lot of business in this town but when the foundation is built on lies...well need I say more. The other thing that I find very interesting is that they themselves don't own a home here. I checked the property records. When I meet them they were renting. They are obviously still renting just making a tidy profit selling. But not willing to really any skin in the game. The real estate industry here is full of the good olde boys and girls. If you try to sell your home without one of them they don't want to show it to a client (they tag team and only sell within their own groups) I had that happen when I asked about a home which was for sale by owner, he refused to show it to me. I reget I didn't pursue it on my own. Another thing that happens if one of their group is not interested your home might sit for a year. I was also told that homes could not be architecturally changed (which is not necessarily so). There is HARB part of the city you go talk with them about historic homes. But they knew that. Didn't share the info. I was told they asked the neighbors about purchasing additional square feet on their adjoining property (neighbors never had that conversation with anyone). The seller's relator never showed up even at closing. My relator had a friend who worked for the builder. I saaid I didn't Ike the reviews oof the builder. I was told not to worry. I was lied to. I could go on and on. My advice find a company in Jacksonville.

We always received personalized attention, and while I know I was not their only customer, they made us feel like we were their only customers. In buying and selling homes with this team, I am most impressed by their professionalism and the level of customer service. With other agents I felt like I was just a process or one of hundreds of other customers the agent had, but they tailored the real estate experience to match our needs, our work schedules, our level of understanding the market, and most of all understood what we were looking for and worked to find it. They have as much time to offer as was needed to answer questions, never rushing us. They guided us through the buying and selling process, and were available at any time and any day we needed them. If you want the best service, support and a team that knows the real estate business, then look no further! You won't be disappointed.

First time home seller. Very happy Point Properties customer!!!…read more Let me start by saying that I actively sought out Brett because of a less than impressive meeting with my first realtor. He was recommended to me through a friend who shares some office space with him. Immediately, I could tell he would be different from Realtor #1. He set a time and schedule to meet me at my home. The day prior, he sent me a message confirming said date and time. The day of the apt, he texted his ETA so I knew when to expect him. This is important info because this is how he operates. He is in constant contact with you, the client, so you know exactly what's going on. Once my husband and I decided to list the house, Brett jumped in and took the reins. He handled everything from start to finish. We had scheduled our open house for two days. Throughout Day 1 of our open house, we received messages from Brett about the foot traffic, conversations with potential buyers, etc. I knew everything that was going on in my home while I was several states away. At the end of Day 1, my husband and I accepted an offer and closed in 26 days. Brett is incredibly good at his job. He kept us updated throughout the process so we were well informed of what was needed of us. All my husband and I needed to do was sign the closing paperwork. It was such a smooth and stress-free process that I wish I had another home for him to sell. Thank you Brett for your hard work. If my brother decides to buy a home in the area, I will be sending him Brett's info.

The house had its challenges, mostly due to age (it was built in 1953), and the buyer's inspection reports flagged a lot of expensive work that they asked us to do before closing.
