We hired them to open up the first floor of our Cape Cod, and they completely helped me re-imagine the space taking down several walls to create a true open-concept layout. Along the way they installed new hardwood floors across the entire first floor, redid our shower, replaced both toilets, moved our washer and dryer, and prepped all the groundwork for our kitchen renovation. The craftsmanship throughout was outstanding. The part that really earned our trust is they delivered on what they promised AND THEN SOME! They finished within the estimate they quoted, and they were remarkably fast and efficient without ever cutting corners. Glen and his crew went above and beyond at every turn. His entire team was helpful, friendly, and easy to work with from the first day to the last. I would name them all here because I've gotten to know them personally, but I'll let you experience it first hand! If you're nervous about hiring a contractor (and who isn't?), Procraft is the team that will restore your faith. We could not be happier and will absolutely be calling them for our next project.

What really stood out to me was how clean and careful they were. They spent two full days covering the entire house and used dust machines throughout the entire project. It was almost overkill and I felt bad how much time they spent prepping for dust haha but he said he wants everything done perfect, haha, but I really appreciated the level of care and professionalism. The bathroom came out beautiful, the team worked hard, and they treated the house with respect. I normally don't leave reviews, but this is one I had to write.
