First and foremost, our kitchen makeover is nothing short of spectacular. We had a vision of creating a modern and functional space that would become the heart of our home. We wanted a WOW factor, and Alejandro brought it to life with exceptional precision. From the sleek cabinetry to the stylish countertops and backsplash. Every detail was meticulously executed. The flooring installation was equally impressive. Alejandro not only helped us choose the perfect flooring option for our vibe, but handled the installation with utmost care. Our floors now showcase a modern, durable finish that instantly elevates the ambiance of our loft. Every morning we'd have a team huddle to discuss what the schedule was and what to expect. He kept us updated on the progress and ensured that our vision was taken seriously at every stage of the renovation. His input and suggestions were invaluable. Never once did he say, "we can't do that." He found a solution for everyything. His problem-solving skills are beyond commendable, swiftly addressing even the most minor of challenges that arose along the way. Moreover, the crew of workers he brought into our loft were not only skilled professionals but extremely courteous and respectful. They treated our home as if it were their own, leaving it clean and tidy at the end of each day. Alejandro's seamless coordination between the various teams involved in our project was impressive, and the timeline was adhered to impeccably. I want to also call out WAD Designs, who handle our kitchen design. Isabel and her team walked us through lighting, color and style, and choosing appliances. We had no clue what we were doing--we didn't even know how to choose the right materials--but with the combined efforts of both Alejandro and Isabel, they taught us everything we needed to know. No question was too ridiculous to ask, and I am walking away from this renovation with a whole set of new knowledge. He adjusted to the many expected surprises when remodeling an old home like electrical paneling having to be replaced, garage and kitchen configuration needed to be change to be brought up to code, kitchen manufacturer made mistakes, etc. Through it all, Claudio was honest and straightforward as to the situation and pushed everyone hard to get it all done in 4 months. Made up a lie that he was in a hospital with Muriatic poisoning. As a professional, he should know better than to get that. After over a week of 0 communication, and proof that he never did things like submit paperwork or provide samples to my building, i take it as he's a scammer. Even after numerous calls, texts, and emails and demands to respond, he and his brother have not answered in 1 full week. Wil file a police report.

I was a bit skeptical at first since we didn't want to have any solar panels installed on the front of the house but we were advised that solar panels produce the most energy on a south facing roof which happens to be the front of my house. I was a bit concerned at first but now I really like how it looks since I got the sleek black panels which actually improved the aesthetics of my home and surprisingly I even had 2 of my neighbors knock on my door and congratulated me on how nice it looks. Now they also want to go solar and I was offered a sweet referal deal and the more people you refer the better it gets. Solar is just a no brainer from a financial perspective so it's a win win for both myself and all my referrals. The process vas very smooth and the customer service was great throughout the entire process but the permits took forever to get approved in my city so make sure you're not in a rush if you're planning on going solar. Besides a few hick ups and miscommunications, I do recommend this company because they kept their word and delivered on all their promises and the end result is what really counts.
