And in the end, the best part is you get to share in their commission on the backend! What?! Yes, like thousands of dollars, right at closing... Brittny was extremely flexible with scheduling meetings and responded to emails, texts, phone calls very promptly. She made what could have been a very stressful process into an enjoyable one! My only complaint would be that once I was approved for the lease, I wasn't given much information or direction on the move-in process. The landlord and property management were unresponsive and it took a huge amount of effort to get them to fix the problems we were having in the apartment, which included water damage and mold from the A/C units. When they did eventually send maintenance to fix things, they often didn't address the root issue or the maintenance people wouldn't show up. We kept finding new examples of mold and water damage in the unit and building, and eventually we moved out because of it after realizing some of the health issues we'd had while living there were related to the mold issue. All in all a pretty upsetting experience.
