We were almost never able to shower or wash dishes because the laundry room was always in use and drained our water (i had to get a gym membership to use their showers and take my clothes around the corner at the local Laundromat). Constantly having bugs was another issue and we later discovered a few of the other tenants were hoarders and bugs from their apartment trickled down into ours. We tried to call and email both the landlord and the realtor about all these issues but we were constantly ignored. We started to document everything and they still opted to withhold some of our deposit due to the damages we told them about! Horrible and a scam! It's cheap for a reason! Learned my lesson, never doing business with a realtor broker or this establishment again. Save yourself the trouble and do the same unless you have a really good lawyer and lots of money to stop them from taking advantage of others.

ok so I don't really write reviews but felt like i should for these guys. Someone referred me to RPPM and I called them kind of skeptical bc I've had bad experiences before with management companies that just take your money and don't really do much. But these guys are different. John was straight with me from the jump, explained everything they do, didn't oversell it. They handled some violation issues I had pending and I didn't have to stress about it. Communications with my tenants have been way more professional than when I was doing it myself lol. I used to just text my tenants which I know is not the right way to do it. Only thing I'd say is sometimes I wish they responded a little faster but honestly when they do get back to me everything is thorough and correct so I think its just they are busy and doing things right rather then rushing. Not really a complaint just something I noticed. Overall very happy. Good Evening,…read more Tonight I had the displeasure of talking to a realtor name Tania Della Piazza who works for Frederick Mark Realtors in response to 1939 vauxhall 1R in union,nj. She asked me some questions which are standard. She ask how many people. I stated 3 people. She then ask and I quote, "well will there be kids living here?" I said, "No, three Adults." Again she says. "Well my client isn't going to rent to you." I'm dumbfounded , after I told her we have great credit, we make over 100k together. She then responds "wait are you all related or roommate." I told her we are related (mom dad and daughter). She then goes, "yeah I don't know, the owner might not rent to you, there's been problems before." What?! I couldn't believe what I was hearing I said, "wow does the owner want a young family or something, we are family of 3 adults, this is a 3 bedroom apartment. " I don't understand how we aren't even able to view the apartment or to apply based off one piece of information that we are three adults who are family! Next is when she was getting irritable because I'm asking her questions about why is this a problem, she started saying " well I have tons of applicants line up for this place so you not applying won't hurt me or my client." I would like to show how distasteful people like Tania who works for Frederick Mark Realtors can be especially in this climate where locals are being priced out and having to deal with disrespectful people who proudly show their unprofessional behavior. Very disappointed will have nothing to do as familial status is protected in NJ.
