They replaced 12 picture windows in a 1950's house, which required quite a bit of interior trim. I had to wait a number of weeks for the windows to be fabricated. Once they were built, they scheduled installation and everything went right on schedule and was done in a day and a half. The interior trim did need some caulking but I did that, and painted the trim myself to match the rest of my interior. The outside colors coordinate well with my house colors. 100% would recommend this company and may use again for more windows.

The owner talked about shop issues and blamed an ex employee for delays instead of taking charge. I was promised a completion date and when it came time found out they had not measured buildings and ordered materials. They painted a roof vent and tried to bill for replacement. Roofing contractor cut roof vent and said it was my problem and I had to get a plumber. After shed roof was replace asked the project manager if he checked there work. He said "I checked their work". So I asked if he saw 25% of the Roofing screws that they missed. He replied " I did not go inside." My wife watched him drive in the yard that day pull in, not close to the shed. Briefly sat there and left. Did not get out to look. If you value your time, money, and quality of work this is not a contractor for you.
