I called again to speak to a manager or the owner thinking the employee may not have known the law. Well......the owner confirmed that their policy is the gift card expired after one year. There is no mention of a expiration on the physical card. When I told her that gift cards do not expire she told me I was wrong and that all local spas have the same policy. Wrong!!
