Also, when I arrived they play the game I didn't have an appointment, even though I got a bunch of constant reminders via email and text.. I confirmed so many times but when I got there, I felt very uncomfortable and profiled. I did end up buy a bunch of good hair products but I will never come back at this pretentious, fake people , unprofessional place. On the day of, Lock and Shade had a team of 2 (Deanna and Lindsey) help with my bridal party's hair (5 girls including me). Blaise came up with a timeline, which was perfect. Deanna and Lindsey were AWESOME!!!! We got to get ready at the salon, which is beautiful and PERFECT for pictures. It was an amazing morning that I have such amazing memories from with my sisters and mamas. Each person's vision for their hair was different and each looked EXACTLY like their inspiration pictures. When I asked if I could make an appointment for her I was told they don't do that. I have no idea why they wouldn't cut and style her hair. In fact, the receptionist (?) was rude/odd about it like this was a bizarre request for someone to call a hair salon and ask for an appointment to have her hair cut and styled.
