Available lighting inside on timers, bring battery powered lights for extended moving times. And for females and anyone concerned about their privacy , there are many rogue keys to the bathroom on site, preferably use the one adjacent to the office but beware staff laughing outside the door! Hopefully there are no rogue cameras but I don't trust the cleaning staff after breaking into the bathroom while my wife was using it, even though she declared occupied. This has been a repeat pattern with several times and other tenant complaints! The most recent was June 7 2026.

My partner and I tried to rent a storage locker for our move, and they refused us because my…read morepartner doesn't have a 'valid ID', but he does. Their 'company policy - which they couldn't fully explain the rationale behind to me, on the phone - was that they don't accept a BC Services Card as valid ID. Funny, because this is what the government of BC says about that: "A BC Services Card is government-issued ID. You can use it at places that ask for photo ID to verify your identity or age. For example, when opening a bank account." So you can open a bank account with it, but not get a storage locker here? My partner was getting the rental unit for us, and when they refused him, I rented it in my name and they called me to ask why his name was associated with it. When I tried to explain that it's for both of our belongings (how else would you book for two people under one credit card, in the first place?) the manager accused me of being shady. Wtf?! I've lived here for over 15 years and never in my life have I had to deal with someone who clearly can't see their prejudice. From what it sounds like, they judged and refused him service based on appearance and are using the 'ID policy' as a lame excuse. Would love to take my business anywhere but here. We also now have to wait 4 business days for our pre-payment(s) to be refunded. The worst experience.
