Matt is welcoming and knowledgeable in his field. He thoroughly stepped us through their processes. Nutrition is included which is a plus. This is our first time recording our daily food/drink. It's amazing how you become more aware and accountable! It'a only been a month and we already see results. Matt keeps us moving and 45 minutes flies by. He customized our workouts based on our individual needs/desires. We started 2 days per week but will increase to 3 days. We highly recommend Transform to help get you fit and live healthier. That's one of the biggest advantages here: it's a workout you can truly take anywhere. I've brought mine on a cruise and fully plan to take it along on future trips as well. I also wanted to share my perspective regarding a couple of other comments. One mentioned pricing. While everyone evaluates value differently, this type of training really isn't comparable to a traditional gym. It's a bit like comparing a fine dining experience to a casual restaurant -- both serve food, but the experience, convenience, and results are different. I can't take gyms like EOS or Mountainside Fitness with me when I travel, but I can take this workout anywhere. That flexibility and convenience are worth it to me. Another comment discussed suit sizing. From my experience, the suit does need to fit snugly to work properly. If it isn't tight enough, you simply won't get the best results and the workout can feel off. The belt is meant for support, and like anything, some styles fit certain body types better than others. I personally avoid one design because it's a bit long for my torso and uncomfortable -- but the trainers have worn and fitted countless suits and usually know what will work best for each person. When I attended classes regularly, they consistently guided me toward the right fit, often better than I could myself. Their recommendations are meant to help maximize the workout, not to be taken negatively. Overall, I've had a very positive experience and appreciate having a workout option that travels with me wherever life takes me.

I find it odd that Planet Fitness posts pictures and these pictures aren't even of this location;…read morethey are just stock, generic pictures which feels slightly scummy considering that I know that not all Planet Fitnesses are the same. What's great about Planet Fitness is that it's cheap, affordable, and not crowded. If you don't care about fitness classes, Planet Fitness is really the gym for you as it's got a lot of machines (specifically cardio machines). Its selection of free weights is definitely much smaller than other chain gyms, but because there's hardly any other people here, those weights are pretty accessible. This place has squat racks, but no lounge hydromassage beds. I'm glad that I got grandfathered in to their old plans and am appreciative that us loyal customers didn't get a cost increase of memberships. If you're new, you're paying $15 a month and a yearly $49 fee making it way more affordable than all others on the market. Pay an extra $10 a month to get a black card membership which gives you access to hydromassages, chair massages, tanning beds, all the other Planet Fitness locations in the nation, and small discounts to their non-premium drinks. I only wish that they were more reliable in fixing their broken machines especially because I report it. What I love about the black card is that I like planning outings much further where I live so that I can use one of these for an exercise and continue my outing in the same town. There's 17+ Planet Fitnesses Phoenix and its surrounding cities.

I came to Rachel at a time in my life when I needed workout training, structure and accountability and Rachel has provided all of that and then some within this year. I can count on one hand how many training sessions that I was unable to make within a year because Rachel made my training fun and do-able. I'm also amazed at the stamina that I now have and the things that I'm now able to do with my body that I wasn't able to do when I first started. My back, ankles and knees no longer hurt me and give me problems. My legs and arms are physically stronger and allows me to do day to day functions without any struggle or pain. One of the many things that I appreciate with Rachel as a trainer is her knowledge and ability to assess and customize the perfect training as well as nutrition plan for you; all trainers do not know nutrition as well as training and believe me good nutrition is 80% of weight loss and healthy living. It is also comforting to know that I am not just another paying customer in a group of hourly/daily trainees but that Rachel has actually sat down and assessed my daily/weekly workout plan before I start my weekly training, she watches me to ensure that I am doing the exercises or using the machines correctly for my safety and to overall ensure that I meet the training goals that we discussed at the onset of our training relationship. Well, I hit the jackpot with this studio recommended by one of my good friends. I've had Amanda and Doug, both excellent! Doug shines amongst the brightest in terms of the many instructors and trainers that I've had. He's the only person aside from my doctor that can accurately describe what chronic fatigue feels like. That is simply amazing considering he doesn't have the condition himself (that I know of). His empathy is genuine, not superficial. In spite of all the instructors I've had, I've learned more from Doug in two sessions about managing my energy than anyone else. My session today was very seriously life-changing. When I walked out of that studio today, I had more hope for the future than I've had in years. Instead of being fearful of physical decline and inability to do things, I felt like I had a legitimate, sustainable way to increase and maintain my energy. I am genuinely grateful that I found Simply Pilates and am looking forward to continuing there. Highly recommended! Note: During my first visit, Amanda explained that they do Classic Pilates, not Contemporary Pilates. That means they do exercises created by Joseph​ Pilates without modifications. A distinction like that is important to me because form is very important to me and I know I'm learning something that can be replicated if I go to studios in other states or countries.

His unique approach to getting to the root of the dysfunction in my body was amazing. A lot of times therapists focus only on the area of pain, but Jon made me understand that just because I had pain in my back it wasn't my back that was the problem. Restrictions in other areas of my body were causing the muscles in my back to work harder. After a few sessions and now periodic visits and self stretches that he taught me, keep me pain free! Jon is a master of his craft and I highly recommend anyone that suffers from any kind of aches and pains to go see him. You will not be disappointed!
