Worst customer service, website does not work and when you call to schedule an appointment no one picks up

The customer service needs a lot of work. I have been using this service for quite sometime At Wiregrass Mall, but the call center people are very rude and unprofessional. It's always a struggle to make an appointment. I called to schedule an appointment for two days now, and all I get is an automated text message that goes nowhere. Then today, I got hung up on when the representative/manager said that he was with a customer. I hope this company can do better with how they treat their paying customers. Please improve your appointment scheduling to make it a smoother process for your customers. Maybe try the online scheduling system again rather than ghosting phone calls? It was good, I guess expected I expected more for the price. I just bought a car that had a bad smell (cigarette + puppy), so I ordered an extensive detail, inside and outside, price was $230 after tax. So I expected to be very detailed for the price, but on the other hand, the car was also quite dirty and the smell was the proof or it. The cleaner was a nice guy and was able to remove it. I'll make this an easy review to read, these guys do magic, quickly and for a very fair price. The lease on one of our cars was done. Given all the places this vehicle has been from winters in Ann Arbor Michigan to a summer in Miami the car was a real mess. 3 hours later we truly didn't recognize our car. It looked better then new. From the inside to getting rid of all the love bug juice the car truly sparkled. Needless to say we will be back one chance - will be doing some preventative cleaning instead waiting until the end. It breaks my heart to post this review because the service was good, but this expensive car wash ended up costing me too much!!!! I came in with an appointment that apparently they didn't have in their system but the guy was really nice and took me right away. It cost me $55 with taxes and it took them almost two hours which is fine but the problem is that I realized they messed up my headlamps with either a chemical or anything they used to clean them. The service was phenomenal because the car was super clean but I have spent money in products for headlight restoration and nothing works. I won't be coming back here ever again. read more

After trying ProntoWash a few months ago. It left a bad taste in my mouth, The value just wasn't there. I'm a big believer in quality. Meeting an expectation gets you a four star rating, surpassing an expectation will almost always get you a five star rating. My experience this time around at ProntoWash was certainly the latter. During my visit I got the chance to meet PW Owner Scott Wyler. He gave me a warm welcome, provided some insight on his future plans for PW, showed me the new renovations, and introduced me to the new Manager Karlief. It was a great first impression, I felt a much different ambiance than I did in the past. Ok, moving on to the detailing, after all, this is the most vital factor for coming here. My SUV was left in showroom condition, which is what is expected. My Technician Orlando walked me thru the job that was performed and made sure that I left satisfied. I was happy to see the work that was performed on the crevices and the carpets (they removed the seat row to ensure they got every piece of trash), The cup holders were nice and clean, and the exterior was fantastic. The wheels and wax job came out as close to perfect as possible. In covering all the focal points that most consumers would look for in a business... ProntoWash is nothing short of five stars. Running a great business always starts at the top. It was pleasing to see the improvements made to PW, bringing in qualified technicians, working on new enhancements to elevate PW. Joke of a company. DO NOT USE THEM! My mother bought me a gift certificate that I've been trying to use for over a year. They have made it impossible. First attempt was a car detail at home, no call no show. Second attempt, they showed up hours late then decided once he arrived he didn't have the time to complete the job. Third attempt I figured I try to go in person. Now I'm told they don't accept gift certificates here. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES to this Pronto Wash at CITRUS PARK MALL! I've been there twice and left with lots of things undone but gave it the benefit of the doubt and went a second (and last) time. Starting with the guy trying to let me know how swamped he was (one car before me) I should have left. If I pay to get my car cleaned interior, exterior plus waxed I expect to get in my car and not find crumbs inside or swipe my finger in door jams and get black dust or dirty glasses after it was JUST washed. Today i went into Protowash in Citrus park mall, all i have to say is that i guess you get what you payed for, i got the PW interior and exterior and i was not expecting much but i wish they would of put a little more attention to detail. On my way out i had to get to a doctors appointment so i took these pictures as soon as i got home, (not even an hour has gone by). All i can say is for the $40 dollars i spend i wish i would of gotten a little more attention to detail they told me they needed 2 hours, which i agreed with, but overall not very satisfied they can improve the service... read more

This is my second time coming to this location. First time I was skeptical because it was in the parking garage and I was afraid that there wouldn't be enough lighting to see while detailing my car. However, that was by far the best car wash experience I've had. A team of 2 did an awesome job with getting my car clean. The second time to this location was yesterday (Sun). I sent a message on yelp to find out if there were any openings that day, and there was. The owner had responded within 5-10min of my message. Again the team did a great job. Sivan (I hope I didn't spell his name incorrectly) has always been great. If he's not the Supervisor of the team, he needs to be. And if he is, he needs a raise. He's extremely professional and does a great job. Thank you again... it's worth the 20-30 min drive from S Tampa area to Citrus Park. read more

So my dog threw up in my car and it was BAD. I researched car detailing and came across ProntoWash - they're ultimate was about $250 and included carpet and seat shampooing so I booked it. I didn't really know what to expect as I've never gotten a car detailed before. I dropped off my car around 12:30pm and was told it would be done by 4pm. It was actually done early (major points) and I was able to pick it up by 3:30pm! This was a huge relief as I have friends that have taken their cars to get cleaned only with other vendors and it's almost always late. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was shocked. It looked entirely brand new inside & out!! Dog vomit? GONE! Smell? Gone & replaced with lovely coconut scents! My car was shiny af and not ONE dog hair was found lol! I was throughly impressed. I had a scheduled 915 am appointment today. I scheduled through the website. I arrived shortly before 915, there was one car ahead of me and one worker, Landon. He states it would take 1 1/2 hours even tho website said 30 minutes. He states other workers were coming in shortly in fact one was getting off the bus as we were speaking. We agreed on a 1130 pick up time. I came back at 11 . Landon was still the only one there, no one else had shown up. My car was not touched yet. When I asked, I was told that he had just finished the car in front of me. I asked where his workers were and he stated owner schedules wrong (poor planning on owners part) I asked where were the ones that were getting off the bus and I got "well that's what they said" Stay away from this place. I just moved into the area and was looking for a place I can bring my car to on a regular basis. It will not be this place! read more

Not worth 53.00 and I gave a10.00 tip on top of that. It's a waterless wipe down. The door jambs and sills not touched. Back hatch not opened. Just a basic wipe down with the windows cleaned. Can only imagine the cost if they did the next level. A standard car wash you would've paid a lot less and received a better job done. The service is professional, friendly, and detail orientated. An exceptional wash and wax, at a third of the dealer's cost. In today's earlier visit, and after being presented my 2012 Mercedes with that 'fresh off the showroom floor' look, I had the opportunity to meet Owner, Scott Wyler (in street cloth with his young son, I thought he also was a client). Scott introducing himself, and asked if I was pleased. Expressing my continued satisfaction, I also mentioned how I had recommended his service to other friends having high expectations of car care. I was able to make an appointment to have my husbands Tahoe fully detailed online for the following day. Dropped it off at 10am and it was done around 1pm. Pretty reasonable timeframe considering what a mess it was after ha info 5 men had ride in it after completing a mud run. I felt bad dropping it off in that condition and was worried what kind of a cleaning we would actually get. We paid $145 and I can assure you It came out amazing. Well worth the money. I know that there are bad reviews but if you spend $40 for a quickie and you're expecting an amazing detail job on the inside... I don't know what to tell you. Try the supreme. He took time to explain the services and really look my car over. He was so easy to talk to and communicate my hopes to. I got the deluxe detail. Car came out like a new. This service is great in concept, unfortunately the operation seems non-existent in Denver. I was dropping my SUV off at the DIA valet and it badly needed a wash. I was pleasantly surprised to find that ProntoWash now offers service at DIA for valeted cars. That's when things fell off the rails, unfortunately. Rather than simply tell the valet assistant which service I wanted to elect, I was given an brochure and business card of the manager. OK, I thought, this was nice and gave me a menu of options to peruse before making a decision; however, we were rushing through the airport and didn't have a lot of time for looking and booking. So, when I finally had a minute before the flight departed I called the number on the business card... no answer. Then decided to text... no response. The next morning I went to the website... website was broken and did not allow appointment booking. Texted again, only to be met with a noncommittal "I will try to wash it for you" Unreal! This is YOUR business and YOUR service! I could have just as easily responded with "I will TRY to be a new customer and put more money in your pocket" Long story short - car was never washed even after giving them a 3-day window. Seemed as though I was inconveniencing the manager of this branch by asking to become a new customer. HORRIBLE customer experience. When you are electing to pay a premium for a service out of convenience, the expectation is a great - or at least better than mediocre - experience. I will NEVER recommend Pronto Car Wash!!! My husband and I left our car with them to wash it while we were in a movie. They texted us about 10 minutes after we left them to tell us they couldn't find the key!! Well my husband left the movie to help them look for it. It was never found and now they won't pay for the replacement key! They are not even returning our calls!!! This is a very shady business!!!! In response to you, my husband DID give him the key, I was standing there and watched the whole transaction!! Why would we leave you a LOCKED car with no key??? And if we didn't give it at the moment we gave him our cell phone, then we certainly would have brought it back out. I guess it's our word against yours but you are the only business that would not take any responsibility. Again I will let everyone I know not to use your service!!! read more

Worst experience at any car wash in my life. Spent $250 so they could scratch my car up. Looks like they wrote on my car with a rock when trying to remove tree sap. As a perk for not removing the tree sap, they performed an unauthorized headlight puffing the scratched the paint around my headlights. Would have seen all this at pick up but they didn't call me. I had to call them to ask about my car when it was dark out and they where closing. Shady people here, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

Great concept to have a detailing place at a mall! You get retail therapy while your dirty car gets pampered. Eco friendly, they do it all by hand using no water or machinery. Located in the parking garage of the mall on ground level. Very friendly and professional service. I added on a headlight cleaning as my bulbs were dull from years of neglect. Inside and out were like brand new. And that's saying a lot for a 14 year old Lexus! Now we can ride off into the sunset in fashion. BEWARE!!!! If you value your car at all take literally anywhere else. I brought my Mercedes in to be detailed. I got the $90 option. My car had zero damage when I brought it in. I had just purchased the car in pristine condition from the Benz dealership. When I went to pick up my car I paid to get my keys and when I looked at what they had done I was furious. My leather seat had been ripped, there were foot long scratches all over the hood and smaller scratches on the from and back end. If that wasn't enough inside the car my center console had been chipped and the covers for the anchors in the back seat were completely gone. I asked the man who was working where the covers were and why my car had been so terribly damaged. He proceeded to tell me that there was no way I could prove that it was him who had damaged my car and I was "out of luck." He then rummaged through the GARBAGE looking for my covers. They were no where to be found. I asked for the information of the owner. He refused to provide it. I asked who worked on my car and he gave me a card with the name Phillip on it. I then called their other locations trying to find out who owns this god awful establishment and every time no one could provide any info. I went on the website and submitted a request for contact still no reply. I have yet to be contacted after numerous times calling and going up in person. I took my car in for a quote on the repairs. $2,300 worth of damages!!!!!! If you think you want your car cleaned while you shop, dont. you'll end up not only out $90 for a detail but thousands worth of damages as well. What a great job! Unfortunately, I forget the man's name who did the detailing, that's my bad. Hopefully it will come back to me, but he was great! I've seen some not great reviews, and I get it. Sometimes you have experiences different from other, but take a minute and read below, please: I called the number to schedule an appointment to have my wife's Mazda CX-5 cleaned. They said they could get me in at 4:00pm (they close at 6:00pm, mind you). I went in a few minutes after 4:00pm. The young man said he was finishing another car, and was the only one scheduled working that day, but that it should be ready around 5:30-6:00pm. Well, I came back around 6:00pm, and it still was not ready. Well, I know this seems like a knock, but it's not. He took the time to make sure the car was done, and stayed until after 7:30pm to make sure it was done right. You can tell he was trying to make sure it was done right, even after having been there doing all the cars since 9:00am. This is a great example of working until a job is finished. I really appreciate the great work he did, and putting the time into it....especially considering this car had seen better days on the interior! There were spills in there, not mention it needed a really good shampoo and vacuum, he came in and cleaned and buffed it all out. It looked fantastic. Now, will it look better than if you bought a car new? No. There is wear and tear that will always be there unless you physically start replacing the interior. But, I can say he got it into as of a good condition as you can without replacing anything. Bravo! Will be back again with our other vehicle for a regular "maintenance" cleaning. A++ read more

These guys are great. Very courteous. The place offers a variety of services for a decent price. It's located in the parking garage of Citrus Park mall right by the movie theater entrance. You can leave your car getting cleaned while you walk around the mall. The best part of this place is that they don't use any water! I will not be returning! Not only did it take 2 hours to wash my car, but the center console didn't even get cleaned, and the trunk did not get vacuumed. I spend $40 on a interior, and exterior cleaning for a 4 door optima, I wouldn't complain about the price if the interior had been done correctly. I also called because it started to rain after, and they do not offer any rain policy within 24 hours. For the amount of time, money, and bad customer service I will take my business somewhere else. Lots of car washes or mobile detailers in the area that can provided better, and also provide a 48 hours rain policy for 1/2 the price! read more
