I really like this pizza, as it is the closest one to where I live in Fontana. However, I was extremely disappointed when I opened my pizza a few days ago to find it way too oily. I lost my appetite right away. Please do better Pronto Pizza. read more

Pronto Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Rialto, California

Came in around 5:30pm and there was mini rush. Pizzas were going out left and right. The team's communication and ambiance was amazing and didn't let the rush get to them. The laughs smiles they had "WOW". Andrew who was at the register was fast and precise. Andrew showed all the customer their pizza to assure it was correct. I asked for well done wings, as soon as they came out he rushed to get them and handed me the my order. Thank you Pronto Pizza you gained a new customer. read more

Ordered A cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza inside. Was told ten minutes. After Fifteen minutes I asked how much longer, was told just a few minutes longer. After 10 more minutes, still no pizza. Took 5 more minutes after complaining about the time again . Sat and watched others come in ordering speaking Spanish and they got their pizzas before I did. Disabled Army veterans like me probably get the same treatment as I did. Sad place . read more

Called 5 times and no one pick up. Also when I got to the location its like they didn't want to work and hated when customers came is.

Nicole the manager was extremely unprofessional. I cant expect much from a food courts, but she definitely looked like she did not want to be there. I put in my order and the cashier said it would take about 30-40 minutes. I went back to check after 30 minutes and i heard the cashier checking in on the order and the cook said that he didnt put in the order. The manager cane to void my order and she proceeded to lie that it was on its way when i heard them talk right in front of me. Atleast be discreet if you made a mistake, otherwise apologize and move on. She kept talking back and giving mad attitude. I waited 30 minutes and she said it'll be another 25 minutes. I asked to show me my pizza, but she said none of them are mine because I canceled the order already. read more

Let Just Say They Came Through! I was on a time crunch, after Little Cesar took my online order and charged me and closed down due to no employees to work that day with out notification!! , I was driving around looking for someone who can deliver good quick pizzas for a soccer team in less than 15min. Jesus was super nice and said he can have it done in 6 min. Whaaa!!! I said if u can do 6 pizzas in 6 min, let's do this. And I put my $ and faith into him. And guess freaking what.... He did it! I made it to practice on time, and fed 18 teenage girls with pizza to spare. They all loved it and my daughter was like mom let's get this from now on! Pizza was delicious! It's this, Pronto Pizza place from now on!! Thank you again!! I greatly appreciate it! read more

Pizza is always bland all I taste is thawed out pizza dough with a very small hint of tomato purée. If your not a pizza loving person than you should definitely come here for a quick frozen bland pizza thrown into the oven for a dull experience. read more

Pronto Pizza - I think I'm hooked! - Pizza Near Me - Rialto, California

I called 6 times , they denied my call twice and when they finally answered the lady rushed me off the phone. Pizza is great but service is trash and this was at 4:30pm. It wasn't closing time and if it was busy they could have let me know instead of not answering my calls and then declining my call multiple times. The owners should really reconsider hiring more competent employees read more

I didn't expect much since the pizza was just five bucks, but good Lord it was delicious! Very clean, super fast, and the pizza was so good it disappeared within minutes. read more

Decent pizza at a decent price. Ordered a bunch of pizzas for a work lunch. Called them in about 2 hours ahead of time, and they were ready to go at the time I said they'd be there. Fed a crowd of 20 for $50, not too shabby. read more

Let me start by start by noting that I've worked at this very restaurant back in 2015. PROS: -This was actually a VERY CLEAN restaurant despite people freaking out over the employees not wearing gloves. There's a designated hand wash station that all employees must wash at before touching any food, ingredients or tools including pizza boxes. Any tool that touched the floor was immediately washed and sanitized. When business was slow our manager would make us clean the most ridiculous things like under the counters, the pizza racks, walk-in cooler, even the WALLS! -Yes, everything was in fact made fresh daily. I used to go in at 8AM to start making all the dough, sauce and cheese we needed for the day. -The owners of the franchise were actually very friendly people and they really did care about their employees and customer satisfaction believe it or not. CONS -The punks they hire there tend to become stagnant and rebellious over time. (not all) They are known for being rude, lazy and unprofessional. -The kitchen gets very unorganized under pressure. Phone orders were commonly forgotten about, mistakes were made and some employees were just plain slow. As for the quality of the food, it's quite good if you get a fresh pizza. Some pre-made pizzas can be on that rack for hours. If you want to make sure yours is fresh, just call in and ask for extra or light sauce or half pepperoni with half plain cheese. It doesn't cost extra and it's always made fresh because it's custom. And don't forget to use the free breadsticks coupon on their website! read more

I've gotten pizza from Pronto Pizza a few times now since COVID19 and everything being closed. The pizza is cheap/inexpensive - but honestly pretty good for the money. It doesn't taste like someone's Italian grandma is in the kitchen or anything; but for a quick takeout pizza - I give it 5 stars read more

I am really impressed with their customer service and their pizza is delicious!!! Just went about an hour ago and my order was a little messed up but when I called back about my order the employee did not hesitate to handle the situation in a professional manner I am really impressed!! read more

First of all I called in to make a pick up order, then when I arrived I was next in line so I approached the cashier and said "I was here for a pick up". She rudely said "where you next in line" (Ghetto accent) I said yeah and then it turns out that the lady that took the order by phone didn't write or make the order, so I had to order again and it took about 20 min extra for the food to be ready. They are unprofessional and ghetto especially Bonequeque which was the lady with the attitude. They should hire better employees, like my brother which could be a bit of a re re but definitely better than them. read more

Terrible place. Pizza tastes horrible. The sauce had no flavor. There was no cheese on it at all. And only a handful of pepperonis on it. This place sucks. They never have anything ready. You always have to call in advance if you want something ready when you get there. The staff is so rude. They hate working there and I get, id hate working a crummy place where they sell nasty food. Don't come here. Just go to little Cesar's. Waste of money. read more
