Nicole the manager was extremely unprofessional. I cant expect much from a food courts, but she definitely looked like she did not want to be there. I put in my order and the cashier said it would take about 30-40 minutes. I went back to check after 30 minutes and i heard the cashier checking in on the order and the cook said that he didnt put in the order. The manager cane to void my order and she proceeded to lie that it was on its way when i heard them talk right in front of me. I was on a time crunch, after Little Cesar took my online order and charged me and closed down due to no employees to work that day with out notification!! , I was driving around looking for someone who can deliver good quick pizzas for a soccer team in less than 15min. I called 6 times , they denied my call twice and when they finally answered the lady rushed me off the phone. Pizza is great but service is trash and this was at 4:30pm. It wasn't closing time and if it was busy they could have let me know instead of not answering my calls and then declining my call multiple times. Let me start by start by noting that I've worked at this very restaurant back in 2015. PROS: -This was actually a VERY CLEAN restaurant despite people freaking out over the employees not wearing gloves. There's a designated hand wash station that all employees must wash at before touching any food, ingredients or tools including pizza boxes. Any tool that touched the floor was immediately washed and sanitized. When business was slow our manager would make us clean the most ridiculous things like under the counters, the pizza racks, walk-in cooler, even the WALLS! -Yes, everything was in fact made fresh daily. I used to go in at 8AM to start making all the dough, sauce and cheese we needed for the day. -The owners of the franchise were actually very friendly people and they really did care about their employees and customer satisfaction believe it or not. CONS -The punks they hire there tend to become stagnant and rebellious over time. (not all) They are known for being rude, lazy and unprofessional. -The kitchen gets very unorganized under pressure. Phone orders were commonly forgotten about, mistakes were made and some employees were just plain slow. As for the quality of the food, it's quite good if you get a fresh pizza. Some pre-made pizzas can be on that rack for hours. If you want to make sure yours is fresh, just call in and ask for extra or light sauce or half pepperoni with half plain cheese. It doesn't cost extra and it's always made fresh because it's custom. And don't forget to use the free breadsticks coupon on their website! read more

First of all I called in to make a pick up order, then when I arrived I was next in line so I approached the cashier and said "I was here for a pick up". She rudely said "where you next in line" (Ghetto accent) I said yeah and then it turns out that the lady that took the order by phone didn't write or make the order, so I had to order again and it took about 20 min extra for the food to be ready. They are unprofessional and ghetto especially Bonequeque which was the lady with the attitude.
