I called in an order for 4 pizzas on 2/25 @ 2pm. I was told pizzas would take 10 min, perfect! Went in 15 min later pizzas were ready. Did not check them until I got home. (My bad) 1 pizza was incorrect. I proceded to call them and explain and told them I could take the incorrect one to have it replaced. I was told "no keep the pizza and come in for the replacement". I said, ok I'll be there shortly. When I got there I was greeted with attitude from who had taken my order when I initially called. Telling me "there was no mistake, that she had taken my order correctly and that's what I asked for" then she proceeded to say but it's ok we will make your order right now and tried to charge me $12 for another pizza. I said wait a minute whoever I talked to told me to come for the replacement one for free. She said no. I explained I had already paid for 4 pizzas and got the wrong item. I was not going to pay for another pizza. It was not my mistake. I even offered to bring the incorrect pizza they told me to keep and they did not want to exchange it either. Eventually after going back and forth I paid $5 for the correct pizza because my son wanted it. But I will never be going there again. We love the pizza but the costumer service is the worst. I hope the owner sees this so they can see what kind of people they have working. read more

Wow! Just witnessed such unprofessionalism here. They literally got a women's order wrong and argued with her about it instead of just remaining professional and giving her the correct pizza. The customer backed off (and shouldn't have). This cashier said things like: "it's not my problem." "You should've checked your order first" "there's nothing I can do, your fault." Been coming here for years I wouldnt trade this place for nothing their wings were my favorite.. But sadly they dissapointed me today! As I was coming in I saw one of the employees that was bending down throwing the wings in the container like if he had picked tgem up from the floor.. I was in denial thinking ge probably had a tray on his hands, he turned around went to the back. The thing that confirmed to me that he had picked them up from the floor was that he brought a mop to clean up where he had dropped the wings.. I canceled the wings. They do not answer their telephone, even when it's down time. If you call, the automatic system says to press #1 for the application, which does not show you the application. Poor customer service. Staff is friendly, you're in and out quickly if there aren't too many people. You can also order on the phone for more fresher pizza and less wait. They're very new, on the corner of Alder and Foothill, in the same center as the gas station. We LOVE their pizza. We were going to Little Caesars on Cedar and Foothill for $5.00 a pepperoni, but now we've made the switch to Fast Five for the same price for a pepperoni. And we LOVE their "Cheesy Bread" which is the size of a pizza, but tastes the same (or better) as the "Italian Crazy Bread" at little caesars. It's 5.00 for one of those, which is more than the ICB at LC, but it's worth it because it tastes better and is bigger. :) They put more cheese than Little Caesars and the crust is better. It tastes better all around. We also tried the Meat Lovers here, at 9.99/each, and it tastes so FRESH and yummy. read more

This review is not so much about the food because the pizza and breadsticks are good. It's about their customer service and how unprofessional they are. So the other day I placed an order for pick up. I got to the store and handed the cashier my card she continued with the transaction as usual but I noticed it was taking unusually long to process. She then says it didn't go through so she re-inserts the card and proceeds to try again. Once again it was taking awhile so I asked, is it declining the card or it just taking long to process. She said it's just taking long and says it's not going through. I then check my bank account and see it was charged twice. I tell her that it's been charged twice so she calls another girl because she is new and doesn't know what to do. So the other girl comes, I tell her it was charged twice and she says it didn't go through on her end. She says the money will be returned since it didn't go through on their end, however now they have exhausted all my funds from my account and she is asking if it's ok to charge again. I say no because they already took $75 dollars from my account but since it didn't show on their screen it still needed to be paid for. She says there's nothing she can do since refunds are automatic (I get that) I then ask to speak to a manager who she tells me is not there. I thought a manager always had to be on site. So she calls him and tells him the situation that they charged me twice but it didn't go through. She hangs up and tells me "yeah he basically said the same thing that your money will go back to your card in 3-5 business days." So now they want me to just leave with no pizza and no money left to even get food somewhere else. She continues to say there's nothing we can do, I don't know what you want us to do. I then demand to speak with the manager and she hesitates to call saying he's busy, he's working, he's at another store. I demand, again, that he tend to this problem. She, again, didn't want to call him saying there is nothing they can do. So I ask what store is he at I'll call myself. She then goes to the back and calls him. She comes to the front with phone in hand then hands it to me. I tell him that it's not right that they charge me twice and now I have to leave with no pizza and no money left to buy food from somewhere else for my kids. He states that the refund is beyond his control, once again I get it. But how are you going to fix this problem that your employees have created. He said he would give me the "product" and the funds would be returned since they never went through. So now I get to go home with my order that had been sitting there for almost an hour so it pretty much got cold. Fast forward 3 days later and I got one transaction refunded. I'm sorry people but this is not how a business is run. I used to be in customer service and if this would have happened anywhere I worked the funds would have been returned and the meal comped. The CSR was not professional and was not trying to fix or help the situation. I mean she didn't even want to call the manager. Maybe if the manager was on site it could have been handled differently. So to the CSR ( customer service representative) who did nothing to help, go back and get some training in problem solving and people skills. And to the manager of this store, it's important to be present and on site. Professionalism goes a long way! Thanks for the cold pizza that I DID pay for. At the end of the day people, if you do go here, use cash if possible because they did say this happens often. read more

Honestly, really rude. I used to work and I mean no disrespect, BUT my siblings really love the pizza (I never even go inside just so I won't cause problems.) But EVERY time my family tries to get pizza from there, their "supervisor," (Carlos,) in a VERY disrespectful manner DENIES their requests to cut it special the way that they've ALWAYS gotten it. Please fix this, there's no reason to be rude just because they have personal problems; personal problems should NEVER interfere with customers.
