Plenty of parking which automatically is a plus. Inside is very clean and well maintained. Nothing outdated in this establishment. We were immediately greeted by a friendly employee and felt welcomed. Food was piping hot and delicious. They graciously made us our favorite pizza. The counter never got empty, it was constantly refilled. Also, my son accidentally spilled some spaghetti sauce (and I offered to clean it myself), but the employee kindly told me that it was not a problem. We had not been to a Shakeys in a long time due to continuous disappointment, but so glad we stopped at this one. We will be returning sooner than later. read more

I thought, wow, this is great. I have not been to shakey in years especially near buffet, so I packed up the grandkids, and we all decided to go to shakey's. I remember the buffet being better, but the worst part is we're sitting there that got sports tvs on all kinds of stuff and loud non english music blaring through the restaurant i couldn't even have a conversation with my grandchildren or my kids teach me to go to an american pizza joint read more

The food was nice, warm and delicious. It was the perfect place to celebrate a birthday with a large group. Jacob was excellent at making sure he cleared off our tables & assisted us with our needs. read more

Pulled up to Shakeys for a takeout order. I mean just look it at, Captain Mid. The pizza was your average quick slop pizza, nothing stood out at all. The fried chicken was actually pretty good, fried nicely. The mojos were mid as well, basic fries in a different shape. I wouldn't come back because of the prices, they are crazy but I don't factor that into reviews, I review the taste of the food. Pizza: 6.8 Fried Chicken: 7.8 Mojos: 6.7 read more

Went here 8/09/2025 This place is huge lots of tables. Someone was having a Birthday Party so 80% of the tables were taken. The food layout was different from the Shakey's that I've been to. They had a continuous long counter. First was the pizza about 6 different pies, pasta, vegetables, mojo's and 2 kinds of chicken roasted and fried. At the very end is the salad bar. The drinks are at the end of the wall. There's a separate section for the arcade. This layout made me miss getting any salad, unless I skipped everything and went straight for the salad bar. Food was hot and had the same shakey's taste. read more

I go here for the lunch buffet and it never fails to satisfy. Their salad bar has a better choice of items compared to other Shakeys. Their baked chicken is an absolute delight being healthier than fried chicken plus the seasoning is perfect. The server Jeremy G is very cordial and helpful. read more

If you come in and you see this manager working behind the counter you're going to have an amazing feast and service. He runs a tight ship. Engages with customers and oversees the kitchen staff, making sure orders are coming out and on time. He delivers the food to your table with a smile and hustles back to maintain his stations. We love coming to this location because of this guy. All of his workers take after his lead and they all work hard, very welcoming and attentive. Food is delicious and fresh, chefs in the back working hard to get orders out. 5/5 for this Shakeys location read more

Shakey's has become my go to "I'm not cooking tonight" rescue spot for the boys. I order every once in a while and always pick up, since the location near me is close and convenient. Every time I walk in, I'm met with real customer service, the kind that makes you feel like they actually enjoy seeing you. The place is always tidy, the counters are clean, and my order has never been wrong, which I appreciate more than I can explain. The food hits every time. From the pizza to the sides, everything comes out fresh, hot, and consistent. No surprises, no "what is this," just good reliable comfort food that keeps everyone at home happy. If you're looking for a spot to watch the game, this is it. The TVs are bright, the energy is fun, and the whole space is family oriented. It is spacious enough to bring friends, host a casual hangout, or let the kids run through their slices without bumping elbows with strangers. It's the kind of place that feels familiar even if you're only in there once in a while. Overall, Shakey's stays solid. Great service, clean space, good food, and a comfortable vibe that always comes through when you need a break from the kitchen. read more

We went into the restaurant this past week on a weekday lunch around 1230 for the infamous pizza buffet. However, they don't mention that you can have as much pizza as you want as long as it's a slice of cheese or pepperoni - no other flavors of pizza are available. I asked if it was possible for any other kind of pizza - the hostess seemed very annoyed I would ask. I watched her go back to the kitchen and through the glass saw her talk to the one sole cook, point at me and laugh.....guess that means no. During the 45 min we were there we did enjoy the other items in the buffet (they ran out of chicken while we were there and I think ribs or some other meat) but the salads were good. Overall for $35 I think I would avoid the buffet and just get a small pizza combo of a flavor you choose - as long as it's cheese or pepperoni as they aren't able to make anything else. NOTE: Little Ceasers is across the street and can do the same pizza for $6 so might want to go there instead if you are wanting just the pizza.... read more

Affordable pizza, good for a quick bite on the go. The ribs and the potatoes are really good.

Food was good and service was great! Gentleman who cleared the tables was very friendly and helpful and Christian was too!

Today we celebrated our son's birthday here and the service was amazing. They helped with choosing the best choice to accommodate our invites with food. Our plates were picked up so our tables wouldn't look dirty. They made sure we were doing okay. The manager was nice and helpful. We will come back for sure. read more

Cheap management??? Went to Shakeys Bunch of Lunch in Rialto and was disappointed in their selections. I'll start off with the fact that there weren't any "basic" pepperoni pizzas available. They did end up bringing some out later. The chicken selection was only leg and thigh pieces. And no utensils available. I had to ask for a fork. After going for a second round of food I asked one of the workers where the chicken wings were and was told they only put out legs and thighs, but i can request to have wings...2 at a time. and mind you he said it would be a 18 minute wait. This is absurd that a customer would have to special order this when I've been to other locations that have it out as part of their regular buffet menu. I appreciated that he took the time to bring my 2 wings to my table once they were done but I've never experienced this at a Shakeys before. read more

I like it here. Been coming for years with my family, so it's basically a Sunday lunch kind of thing for us. Food is good. I enjoy it a lot as I'm a rather large fan of the pizza, so I don't necessarily get anything other than pizza, mojos, and garlic bread, but those three things are delicious! For service, there isn't necessarily much interaction with the staff, but when we go they are usually kind and respectful, and are able to apologize if any mistakes are made. The overall setting of the place is nice as well. I typically go with family, and there's plenty of space to sit with them and be able to converse easily. The TVs are also nice in the aspect of just wanting to watch something while you eat. :3 read more

Brought my son for a mother son date (since he's off for the summer). We purchased the bunch of lunch, and the food was cool, but the pizza tasted a little off. I'm not sure if it was because it's lunchtime and it's packed, but it still wasn't too bad. No complaints on the service. It was clean, lots of parking space, and lots of natural light. I may not come back to this one, but I love shakeys and I have one near my home. read more

My family & I usually eat at the Redlands Shakeys. Always loved eating there & never had any issues. So we found this Rialto Shakeys & figured we'd give it a try. It was truly disappointing. It only had about a 1/3rd of the selection that the Redlands place did. And God help you if you were trying to grab some pizza. It was so under stocked that it was roshambo thunderdome style. The pizza was good, but not good enough to go back for read more

I celebrated my birthday on Saturday, April 12, 2025. My family had reserved an area and decorated. I met the manager Sam, he was kind, very attentive, went above and beyond to make my birthday very special. I had the buffet, ate all kinds of pizzas, very delicious, flavorful and hot. The chicken was cooked to a golden brown, perfect crunch and tender on the inside and seasoned well. The mojo potatoes were delicious, seasoned just right, moist on the inside and perfectly cooked on the outside. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. The crew that was working was taking care of business and staying on point. overall, my family and I had a real great time. I was impressed and appreciated how everything went, smooth. read more
