Paru was not only un-sympathetic, she was unprofessional and condescending. Complained about going a couple minutes past 5 PM and told me that the cabin I originally held was no longer available and so had to pay for the next level up. I told her that the inventory I was looking at online showed that it was still available, but she rudely and impatiently countered that she had more current information, so I deferred to her. After I checked with the actual cruise line itself, I sent her evidence that the cabin I wanted was indeed available and to please change us back. She made no apologies for her mistake. It was a very uncomfortable encounter and I'm nervous that we will not get the support we need if anything were to come up with the cruise later because of how unwilling she was to help. We will see how it goes, and I will come back and update my review if this company is able to prove that they are worth their customers' trust. Booking a vacation should not feel like we are an inconvenience or treated like dummies. I really hope Cruise Vacation Outlet is able to redeem this terrible initial encounter with better service moving forward.

After refusing to give her my debit card number, she was all salty and was like, "FINE- I'll just extend this offer to someone else!" Offer? I thought that we were WINNERS?! She was very awkward. Demanded that my partner be on the phone and made me reschedule to another day and time to do so, but then later said that the offer could be transferred to anyone. It was all very sus. Danielle was great from the start navigating my particulars and getting all of our reservations booked.. including lunch at Cinderella's castle! Then, she passed us on to our guide Christina. From the moment we met Christina (30 minutes late), I am sure she knew she had her work cut out for her.. corralling all 8 of us and keeping us moving forward with all sorts of requests that can setback the day. Before if get into the particulars.. I never had to pull up my phone to check wait times or choose a restaurant.. I was truly able to enjoy my time with my family. And more importantly, it took the pressure of me having to manage everyone.. which can easily lead to tension. The Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom highlights - we rarely, if ever waited in a line. She knew all the secrets to navigate us around the long wait times (especially challenge since there are no fast passes at Disney. When the kids blew up because they wanted balloons, she put us on Jungle Cruise sprinted across the park and tracked down the exact balloons they wanted.. and met us at the exit with balloons for them. When the group needed coffee, she did the same thing with Starbucks.. when I saw the Starbucks lines.. that could easily derail the day. Universal Studios - I was hesitant to get a VIP guide for Universal, but I'm so thankful we did. Even the fast pass lines were long.. and we NEVER waited in a line. We rode Hagrids and the Forbidden Journey rides back to back in 20 minutes.. no wait on either. Hagrids was a 2 hour wait and Forbidden Journey was 70 minutes at the time! She got the whole group right on the Hogwarts train.. 2 of which did not have fast passes. She watched the kids while all the adults went on a ride and got us queued up for the next one.. By the end of the trip we all trusted her like family and are trying to figure out how we can take her on every trip with us! Do yourself a favor and book Christina and MY VIP TOUR. We ended up overpaying WAY too much had we just booked ourselves. Our agent was very nice but I clarified what I was asking regarding our trip many times and was told that despite asking about this trip specifically that we are on, that was for when we get our """free"""" international trip. Very disatisfying seeing all the money we would have saved if we booked outside of this- especially since we "won" this trip and they called us 5 or 6 times saying that it was a free trip and we only pay 20% of our trip. They tried to correct it in saying our second trip to Daytona, FL was paid for after we paid them $600. If we booked ourselves it would have been $416 for OR, but even after adding in the trip to Daytona it would have brokw even. We had a "free" trip to the Bahamas included, but the timeframe they give you to utilize it is impossible to squeeze it all in unless youre unemployed. I have exact notes from our phone calls and wrote everything down, along with the questions asked but it was turned around on us that we must have "misunderstood." We will never, ever book again through this company. Its sad that a place like this can pop a tent up at a festival in our hometown and pretty much scam people into something that sounds great but is not at all what it is promised to be.
