When I asked to speak with a manager to resolve the issue, the experience became even worse. The manager was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional instead of trying to help. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this travel agency. Good customer service shouldn't end once the booking is complete.

If we booked ourselves it would have been $416 for OR, but even after adding in the trip to Daytona it would have brokw even. Because the application was not submitted when expected, my husband had to buy a same-day flight to Atlanta, pay for a hotel, and incur additional transportation costs to obtain emergency passport processing. While the company refunded the expedited service fee, they declined responsibility for the expenses caused by the delay and communication from management was minimal. Would not recommend.

The lady on the phone was super kind and sympathetic. Our tow truck driver, Fabian, was absolutely amazing. It was 3 am and he was so kind and upbeat. He definitely lifted the mood and was super helpful. My dog was with us and he was super sweet towards her and allowed her to drive back with us.
