We'd bought some inexpensive ones at Walmart, but they didn't fit properly. We got very good and friendly service here. We explained what we needed. The gentleman looked up my vehicle in his computer and knew exactly the sizes and style of the wipes we needed. He took us to the aisle where they were. It was one of the easiest and fastest shopping experiences we've had. Of course, the ones we bought were more expensive than we'd hoped for, but they were just the right ones. I rarely do anything much maintenance wise with my old car, so it was certainly worth what we paid to have new workable wipers. And when my husband went to install them, they fit perfectly and went on very easily. Now that we know about this store, I'm sure we will return again should we need anything in the auto parts family.

There are those that are junkie, more dedicated to the trailer trash warriors carrying a lot of novelty crap like the dancing hula girl to hang from your review mirror, the bikini girl emblazoned mud flaps and rebel flag license plates. There are also those more like warehouses than stores dedicated to the auto repair industry with all their clerks busy on the phone taking orders destined for immediate pick or delivery having little time or concern for a customer only making single item purchase. Then, there are places, but not many of them, like Bennett Auto Supply on North Dixie Highway which is clean, neat, orderly, well organized, has just about everything you may ever need. Matter of fact, I buy items for my boat as those items are often the same but less than half the price charged by the marinas or marine supply outlets. The best part of this store however is, and the reason I'm a Four Star fan, is their customer service. Every time I've ever been in here, and I've been here a lot, they have always had time for me, have always been helpful and have always been able to provide me with knowledgeable as well as competent advice.

The message is kind of rude saying when I ordered it showed 1 of the struts was on backorder and there where none in the whole country. I go back to the order I placed and there was nothing about a backorder. The message says the factory in Germany is producing them right now and my order will ship in a week or so. Yesterday I received a single strut 2 full months after I ordered. No word on when I will receive the other parts. The strut seems to be OK, but the carton is seriously damaged because of the way they packaged it. I have been writting Yelp reviews for 15 years. I just didn't think to check here for these Bozos for some reason. Reviews don't get any worse than the ones Shock Warehouse has!

They seem very disorganized and are unable to efficiently access basic customer information. They ask the same questions every time I call rather than just being able to look me up as a customer and know my details, history, and whether I'm waiting on parts or service. Customers shouldn't have to call to see if a part came in. If you spend close to $3000 on equipment for your vehicle, don't expect a comparable level of customer service after the sale. Read on for more details: I purchased a fiberglass cap for my truck and needed a warranty replacement for a part. After stopping by to have it checked and a part ordered, no follow up. I called after three weeks and was told my part wasn't there. After a conversation about what happened to my original part, a new part was ordered and was to arrive in two days. Again, I was asked to call back and check on the status . Reluctantly, I called to check on my part a few days later and was told it was not there. I was then informed that it would be there by Friday. When I pressed for an explanation, the part in question mysteriously appeared. It was replaced that day.
