Promo Plumbing did work in the neighborhood and left a mess behind. Dirt was left all over the street and in front of multiple homes, including mine. At least three of their workers saw that my drain had filled with dirt from their work and completely ignored it. Neighbors had to spray water themselves just to try to clear the dirt from their driveways, and the dirt ended up clogging my drain and piling up in front of my house. They were working for over a week on a one-way street, blocking access the entire time, and still couldn't take the time to clean up after themselves. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate to the neighborhood. I would not recommend this company. read more

I cannot say enough about this company and the people that work there. First off Camryn who takes the calls is so kind, so sweet and very professional. She was very helpful. Moe, He is the best, he kept us informed throughout the whole process and guided us along the way and what we were to expect. Daniel and the crew that helped with this nightmare we had were hands down amazing! Clean, efficient, went above and beyond and the clean up after was as if they were never their. Promo once again to the rescue!! read more

This is a family business that takes prior to their work. Pricing was about 1/4 of the quote I got from RotoRooter for some major bathroom overhaul, which even included knocking a hole in my wall board in order to check the vent piping going through the roof. Their work was quick, clean, and good. They also were almost always a bit late, close to an hour late. I would definitely use them again though! read more

Excellent Customer Service. The owner Mo is very polite and always kept me informed. I recommend this plumbing company to everyone. Workers were extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I don't have anymore water leak. read more

Promo Plumbing or PP for the win! I had reached out to another plumbing company, which gave me a crazy bid, so my wife found PP on Next Door and I booked an appointment/estimate. Maybe like 30 minutes or less I get a call at 8:15pm from them about the project!! From the pictures I provided, Mo was able to give me a much lower bid and a time slot the very next day! Local company, family owned, GO SMALL BUSINESSES!! They did a great job and very professional! Check them out. read more

We had an issue with the tub not draining due to a stuck drain. I called Promo on a Sunday and got an appointment promptly and within my schedule. Daniel noodled with the fixture and got the tub draining again without breaking anything (which arguably would have happened if this DIYer had tried!!) Experience counts for a lot! No muss and no fuss. I can't recommend them high enough. read more

We're very pleased with the replacement of our house main water shutoff valve by Promo Plumbing last week. The technician arrived on time, quickly confirmed the failure of our (very old) valve, then installed a new one that's working great. The job involved some digging and reworking of the soil in the area. The new pipes and valve are solid and look great. The cleanup was professional and the communications were great. And the price was right, too. read more

Our insurance company sent Promo Plumbing to fix a couple issues we had on 2 separate occasions (sink & bathtub backup, external sewage issue). So glad they did because these guys were very professional, amiable and efficient. Would definitely recommend them! I hope insurance will send them again should we have any plumbing issues, but I wouldn't hesitate to contact them otherwise. read more

So happy to share the first yelp review for Moe Veimau and PROMOE Plumbing! We found Moe through Luigi from "The Water Heater Guys", who are awesome too! Our shower drain wasn't working correctly. It would initially start to drain, but soon would back up into the shower. Since we didn't know exactly what the cause was, we needed someone who could run a camera down the line to see what was happening with the drain line. We were a bit worried, because it seems in the Bay Area, so many companies are charging ridiculous prices and do shoddy work. Fortunately, our experience with Moe was only positive!! After calling him, we learned that Moe's speciality is snaking/scoping out drain lines using state-of-the-art cameras and clearing drain lines, which is exactly what we needed. Moe and his son, Daniel, came over right away. They have all the latest equipment, including specialized super small drain cameras, which other companies don't have. Moe's work truck was also very well organized, which I've learned is often a good indicator of the workmanship you're going to get. They first inspected the shower function and then went into our crawl space, to see if there were any obvious plumbing issues. Right away, Moe noticed that our drain pipes weren't strapped properly and one had started to sag. The sag was clear to see and I was very grateful he pointed this out. Next, he set up his equipment and began the snake/camera footage. Moe was explaining everything that he saw, which was good because it looked like a CT scan to me. Moe arrived at the blockage and was able to snake it out. He tested the shower function again and ran the snake camera one more time, just to make sure the line was clear. Success!! No more backed up showers! Before leaving, Moe shared additional helpful information, which I found really insightful. Moe truly cares about his customers and doing the job right. I highly recommend Moe and Daniel for all your plumbing needs!! read more

I found Promo plumbing by a recommendation of a former landlord. So far I have used them on three different occasions. Each time they have been very quick to respond and show up to resolve the issue. Baylon and Mo from Promo Plumbing came out to fix my toilet. They were both knowledgeable and professional. As promised they called 30 minutes before they arrived, and arrived on time. I will absolutely use them again and highly recommend them. read more

Moe and son, Daniel, have come to my rescue twice now! I had sludge-like sediment backing up into my laundry area sink. They flushed my pipes, and replaced a toilet. They cleaned up after themselves, and were professional in manner and dress. They also helped me with a blocked sewer line at another location; providing video, and communication to the city. Communication with Promo Plumbing has been fantastic. Letting me know when they were in route to my home, and confirming appointment times via text and email. I was informed of progress and concerns at every interval. I highly recommend Promo Plumbing. read more

Excellent and thorough service was provided. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and excellent work.

Can't say enough positive things about this company. Water heater needed to be replaced and received a few very high quotes. Moe was so prompt, thorough and most importantly honest. Pricing was A+++. Highly recommend Promo Plumbing. read more

Long overdue recommendation for Moe and we'd give him 10 stars if we could. Our house needed snaked and I found a recommendation to Promo Plumbing on NextDoor. Moe was immediately responsive and able to check out our situation within 30 minutes. He discovered it was the city that needed to come out and snake (no charge). He even called the city for us and then followed up later. He's now our go to plumber! read more

We have Home Serve sewer line insurance and when our line backed up today we called them and they sent Promo Plumbing to our home. Moe called right after I hung up with Home Serve ,told me when he could come over, and made it right on time! He cleared the line in no time and was on his way. A very professional and friendly guy and I really like that it's him and his son working together. Highly recommend using them as you will get excellent service and you'll be supporting a small local family owned business. read more

Promo Plumbing is an excellent plumbing service. They are exactly who you want coming to your house for professional work. They arrive when they say they will, get to work, complete what they say they will and clean up after they are done. We used them for a bathroom remodel and more. Water and waste pipes were moved along with vent stacks. I also used them to replace 60+ year old galvanized water and sewer pipes under the house which was quite a job. There is a lot to be said for using an owner and son operated plumbing business. read more

They were efficient and quick and listened to me about the problem and even gave me recommendations on what to do. I will definitely call them again.
