Within one hour, I was there to pick-up my print job and it was ready and waiting for me. This is despite the fact the store was busy when I arrived. I only mention this because often I have print jobs that are not ready when I arrive (at other stores). The person who helped me explained he went through effort to align the margins because he saw the margins initially seemed "off". I can appreciate this, because you don't always know how the margins will look on the final end product and I couldn't even run a test print at home. The quality of the ink and color is EXCELLENT, as is the paper weight. Its semi-glossy and the color superseded my expectations. I should have captured the name of the person who helped me. He really cared about the end result and deserves credit. Based on my experience, I highly recommend the UPS print shop at this particular location (Pima & Pinnacle Peak).
