I received proposals from 5 different companies, and Linda stood out from the beginning. Not only is she highly competent in website design & development, but Linda was also an incredible partner in building out the business-related content for my site. I asked her to develop a simple website that had a little oomph and wow did she deliver! Her pricing was better than fair, and I have no doubt the other "bigger" companies I called would not have been able to design what she did for my business!

My Mac is my lifeline, so I needed to get it fixed as soon as possible. Thanks to Yelp, I was able to request quotes from multiple repair shops. Alex responded to my request on a Thursday evening, which I really appreciated. I received one other quote, but this shop was closer and significantly more affordable at $350 instead of $600. The next day, I spoke with Ahmad and paid in advance so they could order the replacement part. They informed me that it would arrive sometime between Monday and Wednesday. Later, they even called me back to confirm that I wanted a Grade A screen, explaining that while it wasn't completely brand new, it was still covered by a one-year warranty. If I preferred a brand-new screen, it would cost an additional $50. I asked Ahmad for his honest opinion on which option was best for me, and he recommended the Grade A screen over the new one. I trusted his advice and went with that option. I dropped off my Mac on Wednesday at 9 AM, and by 11:30 AM, I received a call saying it was ready for pickup. Ahmad made the entire process as smooth and painless as possible, and I can't express how much I appreciated that. I highly recommend this place!

Thank you

Whether you have an old computer or a newer model that just fell out of warranty, Trox Tech is up…read morefor the repair! I have an 15inch HP Spectre x360 that I purchased about 3 years ago. Still in great cosmetic and operating condition, I noticed that the touchpad was starting to raise and the mouse click options were slowly no longer working consistently. Until finally, they stopped working altogether. In calling HP support, they did not have a local tech office and were going to send me a shipping box to send pack up my laptop and send off to them for repairs with an expected turnaround time of 3 weeks. Given that I work for myself and this laptop is my livelihood, that was not an option. After doing some searching around and reading reviews, I called Trox Tech and explained what the issue with my laptop was. They identified it right on the phone and it matched up to what I found on google to be the issue, essentially, as the battery gets old, it overheats and expands. Since the batter is mounted under the touchpad it begins to interfere with the function of the touchpad. Trox Tech ordered the parts (without me requiring to pay for the parts in advance) and called me when they came in. I drove down to drop off my laptop (although they offered to pick it up and deliver back to me) and they had it fixed and ready within 3 hours. Fixed and repaired in 3 hours, not 3 weeks, and for $100 less than what Hewlet Packard Support was going to charge me!!! The location is a bit of a trek from Charlotte, but well worth the drive. Yet, they do offer pickup and delivery... so take them up on that. They're very professional and friendly, nicely setup inside, and more than reasonable for the repair.
