A poppyseed bagel with pesto, tomato, spinach and egg, so fresh and delicious. They had a lot of tempting baked goods and sweets as well.

We chose to go up on the funicular and then come down on the lift. None of these are associated with the restaurant. Surprisingly, the restaurant is not touristy, but rather a place to hang out, and is frequented by the locals as well. The prices are fair and the menu is limited but ample. The atmosphere is simple, inviting, and "chill". They have indoor and outdoor seating. Dogs are welcome.

And the wooden chairs are really comfortable to sit on for a longer stretch of time. Having open Sundays to Thursdays until 23:00 (11 pm) and Fridays and Saturdays even till 01:00 (am), the opening hours of the Kunst Haus Café are great. They do have free WiFi as well as plugs for charging your devices. The food is delicious and appropriately priced for the quality and atmosphere. I really enjoy the variety of ingredients they use. This is the only cafe that knows about lucuma, maca, etc. They also have Almond milk as an option! There are two floors and it is cozy with a Southern country comfort.
