We went there after snowboarding on Valentine's Day. I speak with a thick Hungarian accent when I have to speak in German which the staff immediately spotted and refused to give us a proper table, thus we got a corner seat at a bar like outcropping. This is the second time something like this happens,as for the first time they wanted to seat us at the restrooms.... We ordered our food and after 1,5 hour waiting (even though we gave the order for appetizers and main course at the same time) I had a little chat with the manager about service time in a restaurant... What you guys need to know, the people who arrived about an hour later to the table adjacent to us and ordered, received their food in about 20 minutes.. exactly the same stuff we ordered.... The next humiliating surprise came as we wanted to finally get out of that place and have my gf's food packed, the waitress asked if she needs to bring us tin foil, because they do not pack the guests's food... Throughout the whole evening the waitresses were very unfriendly and snobbish, I guess I do not need to mention it. I was shocked.

I have heard it many times that Austrians are pretty racists themselves, but after tonight's experience it became fairly clear to me too. Austrians do not want any foreigners in their land and they let you know it at any given chance. So avoid that place at all costs!!!! read more
