I got to interact with their awesome intake/dispatch personnel as they collected key information relevant to the trip details. At the time of writing this review, we are experiencing the COVID-19 pandemic. I was happy to hear they were asking question to attempt to limit exposure. It let me know they care to protect their clients and staff. Drivers were very patient, careful, friendly, and respectful. They took care to ensure my grandmother was as comfortable as possible when they transferred her to the stretcher. They also drive very safely, attempting to minimize the impact of sudden stops, bumps, and potholes on the road as much as possible.
