When faced with the need to change out three older faucets, one 25+ years, I dreaded finding a plumber to do the removal and installation. Our past plumbing experiences have been less, at best, than satisfactory. Doing research and Yelp reviews we crossed our fingers and called Sunset Cliffs Plumbing. A non-emergency, they were great in scheduling us within a few days. Roby arrived on time, looked at what we wanted done, made recommendations and gave us a quote, which we accepted and he started the next business day. The "angle stops" for the oldest facet were a challenge to remove, but Roby prevailed. All three faucets were installed perfectly, he was meticulous in his installations and we couldn't be more pleased... not only with the great job he did, but now we have a local company and plumber to put in our contact list to use if/when a plumbing need arises.

The last company quoted us $6,200 to redo the entire line. We were devastated. A friend of my husband's recommended Armando, he came out same day, and within an hour the problem was completely fixed for a couple hundred dollars. Here's the kicker: the issue was the mixing valves, located right under the sink next to the tub. The previous company not only (intentionally?!) missed it entirely, they also kinked our line underneath AND left a wet rag inside our kitchen ceiling after cutting it open for no reason. Armando found all of it. He sat with us in real time and dialed the water temperature to exactly what we wanted, explaining everything as he went so we actually understood what had happened and why. No upsells, no scare tactics, no mystery. Just honest, skilled work. On top of all that, he was genuinely kind, funny, and had the best energy. Our dogs loved him (and our dogs are very good judges of character ). He's already coming back to fix a low-flow toilet issue for us too. Oh and he even cleaned up our floor under the drywall hole he didn't even make. We are customers for life and will recommend him to literally everyone we know. Don't waste your time or money anywhere else. Call Armando first.

Trustworthy plumbing came to the rescue when another plumbing company was not only doing a poor job…read moreof lining my sewer pipes, but had damaged my main water line. Jay came through the same day to fix that main water line and explained how Trustworthy could line every bit of my sewer line with inversion pipe lining vs pull through which is limited to access points. The pull through method would not be able to line the entire cast iron pipe under my bathrooms, which was the whole point as they were in poor condition and had root intrusion. I parted ways with the other company and signed onto Trustworthy the next day. Jay and Scott have gone above and beyond, installing the best materials and doing an expert job of prepping my old cast iron sewer cleanouts (two) that would have been impossible to line past those points without removing them and replacing those sections with PVC pipe and new cleanouts instead. When they jackhammered through the concrete of my front porch to get to the old cleanout at the front of the house, they proactively replaced the main water line in addition to removing the old cleanout and replacing it with PVC. The pipe liners lined everything in one day, getting all of both bathrooms and the tie ins (sinks, toilets and tubs) under the foundation. They also did the concrete work to patch the hole when it was done, as well as patched a significant crack near my front door. I highly recommend Trustworthy plumbing. Jay and Scott are the best!
